Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in City of Perth

Flaka was a great host and her place was good for us- kitchen, bathroom had everything we needed (including a dryer!), the location was near downtown (10min walk to Hay st), had a free parking spot, but still quiet and peaceful, that really supported our needs. Would definitely keep a look out for her place if we come back to Perth in future!

it was cozy little apartment right next to the river within walking distance of several great cafes and restaurants. it was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Rose was very lovely and easy to contact.

Had a lovely stay at Jo & Gavins place. The apartment was clean and homey. It had everything we needed during our stay. Great communication and clear instructions from the hosts and even allowed an earlier check in time. Would absolutely recommend, thank you!

Lyda’s place was absolutely lovely & as described. It was so conveniently located & within walking distance to hay street. The little pantry and chocolate was such a sweet gesture If ever in Perth, we would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week - great central location for walking around the city - right near the foreshore esplanade walking/bike track and only a 15 min walk to Elizabeth quay/malls/trains. The new ‘Foodies’ supermarket around the corner is sooo good. Apartment had all the amenities we needed, kids used the communal pool. Gym rooms are only few rooms away from the apartment, but tiny. Car park handy in basement, but we didn’t need it. One bedroom is smaller with a double bed taking up most of the space. Living area/kitchen with enough room for everyone to relax. Recommend!

Great location to stay in. Very walkable area that is close to the CBD but not too close. Only quirk is that you need to leave a hotel style key card in the room to activate the lights and aircon. We had a nice stay.

Sarah’s place is spacious, clean and well located. Sarah is prompt with her communication and very helpful throughout the stay. Well recommended!

Our stay worked well for our family gathering for a wedding in the city. We had access to shops and services in Subiaco and it was a cheap uber trip to the wedding. There was lots of room for 3 couples. Kitchen had all that we needed too. A lovely home.

This home was magnificent it had a very homely feel just loved the place we ended up extending for another night that's how much we furely enjoyed it would recommend to many 🤗

What a wonderful experience my family and I had at Subi Haus! It was very clean, and the loft room charmed us all! We enjoyed the close proximity to food and more importantly, great coffee! and thrift stores and bookshops. The house is also in a very walkable neighbourhood, which enabled us to walk to the supermarket as well as to take leisurely after-dinner strolls. Matthew is the host all guests want— attentive and responsive to our needs, prompt in his very friendly and clear communication. Thank you, Matthew; we are sure your future guests will be delighted as we have been.

A really comfortable and clean place! Check-in and out and communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free. Location was great too! My family and I enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this! :)

Great location, communication was easy and proactive, secured parking garage for 2 cars was a huge plus, clean house, and all essential amenities were provided. Highly recommended!

Linda's place was beautifully decorated, clean, well-maintained and looked exactly like the photos. We had a wonderful and cozy stay. The well stocked and well-equipped kitchen was clean and ready for use. We had a toddler so Linda fixed up a gate at the top of the stairs for safety, and had a high chair ready. Having a private and gated garage was also a huge plus!

We wanted to be located in Northbridge area and the house was perfect for our stay. A lovely place and so well situated for walking out into the city, Hyde Park, etc. We also needed to work over our stay and the office set up and WiFi was great, along with a well appointed kitchen . The courtyard garden a bonus for sunlit breakfast. We’ll be sure to stay again next time we’re in WA.

The homestay is easy to find, and there is also a dedicated parking space. The house is quite old, and the soundproofing is poor. The neighbors are a bit noisy at night, but it is still a satisfactory trip.

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The house had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was exactly as described—if not better.

It's a beautiful place if you travel with a dog and want to stay close to the city. Lovely outdoor area and very comfortable house. Excellent communication with Tracey and Gordon. 100% recommended!
