Monthly Rentals in Choctaw Beach

This is a beautiful place to stay on the water you got sunset and sunrise it was so beautiful and peaceful I will definitely recommend to stay in this house. I will be back as well. Found us a new cozy place when we come home to visit.

This is my 5th time staying in this complex but my first time in Lola's Reef. I have researched many different condos to stay in and looked at their price, proximity to the beach, and amenities. That is why I have come back 5 times to this complex. We can walk to eat and shop but it's also very laid back. Specifically looking at Lola's Reef, it had a clean and comfortable aesthetic. Maria thought of everything down to the chair/umbrella service so we didn't have to lug all of our stuff from VA. She had coolers that are great for taking to the beach, a pack n play, floats and sand toys. The kitchen had every single thing we needed and it made cooking our meals and sitting down together, a breeze. The beds and sofa bed were all perfect and comfortable. One of my favorite parts with this specific unit, is that you can sit on the big comfy couch and stare at the gulf. Some of the lower level units don't allow for such a great view but Lola's was perfect. We will definitely book here again.

Suzanne’s tiny house was just too cute and very comfortable. We lost power in our RV and had to make last minute reservation while waiting on part to be shipped to us. Suzanne’s directions were spot on. Huge yard enclosed with fence. Pecan trees in the yard. Bay directly across the street. We had a little trouble with upstairs tv but Suzanne’s handyman was there in no time and fixed the issue. She also gave us suggestions and directions to local eateries. She has many amenities available for guests that are above and beyond (had a lovely bottle of wine waiting on us upon arrival). Our fur baby even figured out the doggy door! Would absolutely recommend a stay here. The ONLY drawback is Hwy 20 running in front of property so a fair amount of traffic noise. Suzanne mentions a neighbor’s dog in her description but we never heard one bark. 😊

Dave was a fantastic host; all of the instructions provided were very clear & easy to follow. It’s a great gated community that’s clean and maintained well. The pool & hot tub were awesome & beach access just across the street in very walkable distance. The unit was stocked with enough supplies for a few days and the kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils, cooking tools as well as glassware & silverware. Fantastic stay; will recommend to others.
