Exactly as described and it is very beautiful. It’s a really cosy annexe studio. It is attached to the main house and yet you feel very private. The Green Man is well worth a visit and nearby Ampthill and Aspley Guise are great place to walk the dog. Great touches such as the dog towel, water bowl and loads of treats. Thank you for receiving so many parcels for me as I prepared for my next adventure!! Nicola is definitely the Hostess with the Mostess!! 🥰.

Had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment near the town center! The perfect short walk away to get anything you need. The apartment itself was spotless and well-designed, with the added luxury of heated floors, so nice in the winter made it feel extra comfortable. The hosts were incredibly attentive to ensure a great experience and that we had all the amenities needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended!

The accommodation was homely, comfortable and super clean. It had everything I needed and a supermarket, pubs and takeaways all on the doors step. Parking was a welcome bonus too. I will staying again.

Had a great stay. The place is private, comfy neat and tidy with 2 TVs and a good kitchen. Although small, it could easily accommodate 3-5 people. Ellen was so nice with preparing the place for us with clear instructions on how to get in.
