Perfect base for Harry Potter World. The house was full of Character and the recommendation for the local curry house was great. Chloe was really flexible , with great communication.

Lovely home, photos don't do it justice. Feels so much bigger, beautifully decorated. Friendly helpful host, did everything she could to make our stay better. Already booked to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Femi's 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Stevenage. The house was super clean and everything worked. Access was easy and Femi was super-responsive within minutes when we contacted him. The location is very peaceful and quiet and it is just a 10 minute stroll to the high street with many bars and restaurants. The place has 3 bedrooms. One with 2 singles pushed together to make a double. One with 2 singles and a third with 1 single. The couch in the living room is also comfortable for an extra bed. There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway which is essential in Stevenage and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Access is easy via a lock box. We absolutely will use this house again for future stays in Stevenage. Thanks Femi!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kim's Lavender House in Hitchin for 6 nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat during my stay. Kim went above and beyond as a host—her thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made all the difference. And I can't forget my favorite furry friend, Toby—I’m already missing his cuddles! ideal place if you fly from Luton airport,we have stayed a night after a late flight. very close to the airport and McDonald's near by which is also convenient if you arrive late and hungry. place was immaculate and very clean,beds were comfortable and the shower was great. highly recommend

Our team loved their stay at Ami's place. Ami is a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. there was a problem with the heating and this was sorted within a couple hours of reporting this. The house is spacious , comfy and spotless with plenty of parking. We can recommend Ami and his house we can recommend this house to everyone , sorry not too many as it will be booked up next time we are in the area and the team would be disappointed if they couldn't stay

Stayed a night here 3 couples for a 60th birthday. Really cool building with great personality. Loads of room to spread out. Emma was great as a host easy check in and simple instructions to follow. Would stay again.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

I was very impressed with Manor Cottage which was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. It is set in the semi formal garden of the Manor House which leads onto open county side with well marked public footpaths/access. Daniel and Angela were very responsive and got back to me on any queries I had straight away. It has all the facilities that are needed in addition to private use of the pool and Shetland ponies, chickens and ducks which you can visit if you wish! I will definitely visit again. I only wish there were more bedrooms so I could share how lovely this place is with more of my family/friends.

Lovely stay, the caravan was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The site doesn’t have much available but there is some great places to visit outside the caravan site if you have children. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great week in Baldock at Malex's beautiful home! Lots of space and 2.5 modern bathrooms with big tub was nice. Easy train to London and Cambridge with a short walk to/from the station. Plenty of nice town & nature walks around Baldock. Make sure to check out Day's Bakery for fresh-baked pastries and sandwiches. Malex was very kind to meet us on arrival to show us around the property, but respects your privacy and is available only if you need help with anything. WiFi was solid, kitchen well appointed and modern, heating warm in chilly February, comfortable furnishings, laundry in-home if needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended as the perfect base for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Thank you Malex! Gary

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Lovely private accomodation,ideal for two with easy parking Everything you could need for your stay. well maintained with quality furniture and spotlessly clean. Easy walk through the woods into Ampthill with selection shops, Waitrose and good choice of places to eat.

Second week here, love it, really lovely friendly hosts and set in the most beautiful surroundings. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommended and looking forward to the next two weeks here. Thank you James and family.

We had a really great Christmas stay at Paul’s place. The location is rural, tranquil and perfect for a city getaway. Paul was really great at communicating before we arrived and for ensuring we had everything we needed to get settled in. The barn is recently renovated and has a fantastic kitchen for those who love to cook. The log fire is perfect for a winters night. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.
