Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

It was a nice place. Clean and very big ang area. Perfect for big groups who want to stay together and celebrate. Also nice to unwind at the pool area.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

The pool is spacious and there is a separate party hall, so I think it would be nice for several people to go. ~~ I was also grateful to the helpers who kindly helped us! The room was spacious and clean, so I used it comfortably. Speakers, beam projectors, microphones, etc. were prepared, so we played games, sang songs, and had fun. I'll definitely book again if I come to Sebu.

I had a very enjoyable trip by finding an accommodation with at least 5 rooms that can be used by a large family of 10 people for a family trip to commemorate my mother's 60th birthday. Nearby attractions were also within 10 minutes by Grab, and I was able to rest comfortably thanks to the host's deep consideration. The helper aunties were also so kind that there was no inconvenience at all. The room was so neat, the air conditioning was great, and the pool looked even more spacious than the picture on Airbnb! There was a washing machine to do the laundry, and a generous dining table for 10 families to eat together... I was really proud that my family was so satisfied. This is an accommodation that I can recommend to my acquaintances. The host's quick message response was very nice, and I asked a lot of questions, but he kindly answered them. Also, the local restaurant recommended by the host was the best. Thank you again!!!

Villa Amare is a beautiful Villa but still gives a sense of home. It’s very spacious and attractive, comfortable and clean. The staff were very respectful, had our best interests, and helpful for all our needs. Twinkle, our host, was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Everything was seamless and easy. Worth the stay and will definitely be booking again in the future!

It was a great stay, the house is in a secure complex that was a little bit out of the way. With the quality instructions it was easy to find and we felt very safe. The caretakers were absolutely amazing and helped with everything we needed.

Highly recommended the house is beautiful and clean . It is very quiet and easy to find by grab deliveries . We arrived early afternoon from the south and we decided just to stay home and ordered food and it was easy . We even ordered home service massage . And mostly Addieh was very responsive

Arvin made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated his prompt services when we needed your help. We also enjoyed the swimming pool at walking distance. SM Seaside (biggest mall in the Philippines), Cebu Oceanpark (bigger than Manila Oceanpark) and other malls at about 20 minutes ride. I highly recommend him and his place to people looking for a place to stay in Talisay.

Ivee is a great host. The house is clean and very near to the market. The location is safe because it’s just near to the guard house.The caretaker is just a call-away. We had a superb and comfy stay .

It was very easy to communicate. We arrived to Cebu late after midnight and still managed to easily get in the house, since the host prepared the key and handed it to a guard that guards all area with houses. House was already prepared and all AC’s were running by our arrival which is amazing act of service, since it’s hot outside. House had necessities like cups, kettle, blankets and pillows, and free parking in front of house. The village itself is very safe since is guarded and surrounded by wall. Thank you for amazing stay.

Perfect getaway! This is my second time staying here! This townhouse is a gem, it was clean, spacious, and just minutes away from resorts and establishments. The location is unbeatable, with stunning greenery and easy access to local restaurants and shops. The host is accommodating and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially the mini karaoke set and board games which created memorable moments together. A special mention to Ms. Syvel, an exceptionally accommodating host, whose prompt responses and the caretaker's reliable assistance ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. While there are areas for improvement, such as slow flow and bit salty faucet water and a few appliances requiring replacement and detailed cleaning, these were minor concerns compared to the overall charm and peacefulness of the property. For anyone seeking relaxation and a refreshing change of scenery, this home is highly recommended.

I recommend this place if you have a large group. It is a lovely house that perfectly describes the description on the site. The house is in a guarded gated community, so my family felt safe. The neighbors were super friendly as well. The house was very clean and had enough towels for everyone to use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. The pool was amazing and refreshing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The host was very accommodating; we arrived early in the morning with permission from the owner. The caretaker, Miribel, was awesome, especially since we arrived so early. She showed us everything in the house and how to work the pool lights. My family and I enjoyed our time in the house very much. If we ever decide to return to Cebu, we will definitely see if this house is available again.

This was my second time staying at this listing. Do I need to say more? Spacious, clean, safe and with in walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurant. The host is very communicative and considerate.
