Ken's property is a nice escape on top of the mountain. Central location to the tourist destinations if you have a mode of transport. Ken and his wife made travel arrangements for us to and from the airport.

Everything as described. Spotlessly clean and great setup of apartment. Host Extremely responsive and helpful with arranging transport and check in etc. would highly recommend !!

Truly an amazing place to go camping outdoors, watch the fireflies, listen to the owls at night and birdwatching. Thank you, we will surely be back!

Thank you Reynald for a great 3 week stay in Duma. The condo was very nice and clean. Great views of the pool and ocean from the bedroom too.

Enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is big, it’s not far from Valencia square, but transportation is recommended. We had a problem with the AC and Maria and staff were quick to respond.

Our stay at Miss Marites' Airbnb in Dumaguete was absolutely wonderful. Despite our late arrival, Miss Marites was incredibly responsive and made our check-in process seamless. The property is a haven of peace and tranquility, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time there. The surroundings are serene, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Dumaguete.

Super place to stay as she is Great host as she made it outstanding and was just what i needed in starting my permanent stay as much better then any hotel as it may require transportation or pedicab but so close to everything whether the Dumaguete, or Bacong and even Valencia while being nestled in area filled with markets, places to eat etc. Great way to have western amenities of air con., hot shower, kitchen with pretty much all you need and be nestled in nature as pictures show everything as even as a disabled guy i was able to navigate well plus the security was fabulous with gate and locks. Highly recommend whether single, cpl. or small family.

The host, Rizyl, was very kind and responsive and graciously accomodated our request for an early check in. The place was clean with good access to nearby restaurants and commute. Even the building staff are very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we're in Dumaguete.

Had a good experience here with my friends. We were able to enjoy the amenities, like the kitchen, the grill, the swimming pool! The place is silent at night, so you can just fully relax and unwind. It also gets a bit cozy, so really perfect for those who love coffee (and they have an espresso machine). Adriaan, the host, is very very approachable, and communicates well with the guests. He is very understanding too, if you are looking for something specific, he will do his best to give it to you and make your stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Mr. Harjit was very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a heads-up for those renting a car, parking isn't included and costs P250 per day. Overall, a good experience and would recommend!

It had all the essentials and more, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom, oh my! It was superbly clean and stocked with all the necessary accessories, including plush towels, tissues, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. It truly felt like a luxury spa experienced! 💯

We were looking for a place to.spend the night while we waited forour ferry to siquijor. Joy's place had everything we needed for our short stay..

The unit was clean and listed amenities are all available. + points for the washing machine, very helpful for tourist. The host was very accommodating of all our special requests and easy to converse with. Also, the room was prepared -the AC was turned on before we arrive to ensure that the room is cold and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Close to City Mall, gated, a lot of parking space for guests with cars. The house itself is very spacious, and felt at home.

Sheila was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Always accommodating my requests promptly. I recommend Sheila’s studio. As I plan to in the future.
