Great place to stay! Its clean and worth every penny!

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. Thank you Florabel.

Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

it is more convenient to have a car. since it quite confusing to find the exact loc. but the place , the host are perfect!

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

Anza is a very relaxing place. Host is great and place is of great value. Care takers are very hospitable and friendly. The place is quite old but very clean. They have a playroom which the kids love so much. Wonderful place to stay.

Great size and perfect location

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

It’s the best room we had in the building and we had several. Very spacious, very clean, no strange smells. A definite must if you’re looking for room in the area. The tv in the bedroom is a nice touch for a lazy afternoon. 💯

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! While it's not located on one of the highest floors, the comfort more than made up for it. The host was incredibly nice, super responsive, and proactive in ensuring I had a pleasant experience. One feature I especially loved was the working station in the room—definitely a big plus for anyone who needs a comfortable space to get work done. As a digital nomad, this setup helped me find the perfect balance of productivity and comfort during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its comfort, thoughtful design, and excellent hosting!

Good value for this cozy studio. Building is very secure. Mall and restaurants a quick 5 min walk. Check in was tricky. Instructions could be more clear.

We loved our stay at Roland's place. The unit's sea breezes and ocean views were just what we needed on our getaway. Roland was very thorough and attentive as he explained the area and the details of the unit. Can't wait to stay there again in the future.

Sir Ed's condo is really cozy and has complete utensils. No wonder it gets so many great reviews. My suggestion would be to add a small table near the sofa so you can sit and chill and place a laptop while watching Netflix. That's all. I’ll definitely book this condo again someday!

recently had the pleasure of staying at Tambuli Condo with my mom and cousins, and it was a fantastic experience. The condo itself is well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable,perfect for a family getaway. The living area was cozy and had enough room for all of us to relax. The security was also top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very at ease during our stay. I highly recommend this place for family stays. It gives a balance between comfort, convenience, and relaxation. I’d definitely stay again!

Jhoana’s place was a hidden gem and absolutely gorgeous. Everything in the room was spotless and perfect. The view was amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Though the location is a little away from the centre, everything else that was provided made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

Graces place was ideal for our family getaway. I spent my 50th birthday there and it was very memorable. The staff were all very friendly. Eric was very responsive and attentive. Thank you for helping us. Enjoy your stay everyone.
