Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cebu City

A great quiet place to relax. You can use the shared pool on a hot day and organize a dinner on the roof. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long stay and self-catering. Wi-Fi is normal. Shops and restaurants are 5-7 minutes walk away. There were no problems communicating with the owner. It was a little difficult to find the address of the accommodation, so when you enter the address in Google, indicate Hermag Village and the security guard at the entrance will guide you. Thanks to the owner for the warm welcome. If possible, I will definitely come back here again.

The place is accessible and has a lot of nearby shops and malls. The driver can easily pick and drop us to the place before and after the tour. A great place to rest after the day activities with its clean and peaceful ambiance. Thank you!

The unit was as described. Great location walkable to Ayala mall. With a kitchen could prepare meals for the day and water dispenser made filling up bottles to drink outside enjoyable pleasurable. It has a gym which was used and pool. It’s quiet which is nice and there’s a neat bar across the street to enjoy a drink after a day of sight seeing. Definitely recommended!

The villa was beautiful. Was much more beautiful than the photos . The view was stunning. The staff was very helpful . Would definitely go back.

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.

Ideal for my needs. Good location, friendly security, good AC, responsive host, great view, good pool and reasonable gym.

This the best place in Cebu I really loved it here an the host was so kind really brought the good vibes. An such a great price, one thing the elevator doesn’t come to my to the 7th floor but that’s not the fault of the host at all also all you have to do is go down one floor to catch it. Other then that love love love this place

I’m truly happy with my 9-night stay. Chuchu was incredibly accommodating, and the property is absolutely lovely. It genuinely feels like a home away from home.

Marlyn was very responsive and so friendly on meeting her at the apartment. She kept us well inforned all the way before, during and after our stay. The rooms were lovely and fresh smelling and super clean. The air conditioners were cold and very quiet. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, slept like a baby. The shower was good and hot. We had one problem regarding the use of shaded area at the pool, but Marlyn emailed the management and the matter was quickly resolved, so that we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. The pool is also a lovely feature. The apartment also comes with free underground parking. We hope to stay here again later this year and would highly recommend this lovely apartment and host.

It was a beautiful days spent in the room. The location is beautiful and close to everything you need. The owner is very cooperative. I thank him very much for his good cooperation and treatment.

My best recommendation is that I keep coming back. No need to look anywhere else this place has a very western type relaxed vibe everything works properly and is high spect. No noise at night and no ants im not sure what type of Norwegian magic goes on here.

Our family had a great stay at Jason’s place. The house was clean, cozy, very private, and ideal for a relaxing family trip. The location was also convenient, with easy access to malls and nearby stores. Jason was a helpful and responsive host, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, it had a limit on how many devices could connect, which made it a bit tricky for the whole family to stay online. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. Martina’s place is a must if you plan to vacation in Cebu. It’s located in IT park which is basically the heart of the city itself. Downstairs there’s a laundromat and convenience store which is very accessible. Then across the Airbnb unit is a food park where you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and always find something new to eat. Will book again in the future, that’s for sure!

The place is worth it and accessible to everything. ❤️ will definitely recommend to our davao friends and will surely come back. ❤️🥰🫰

The place is so nice and clean, stone away from Ayala which is very good. Best place to stay in Cebu. I will definitely book the place again.

The condo and location was very good. Roofop on the 24th floor was awsome. The pool on the 17th floor was great as well.. Neither of these location were never crowed. mos of zhe time I had them all to myself and I stayed there 35 nights. Condo was clean and everything was in working condition. Christie was a grea host as well. I highly recommend this property.

This place feels like home. Definitely my second home here in Cebu.

The host was very responsive to any and all requests. The condo is beautiful and has wonderful sea and city view. The condo was a spacious 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen was equipped fully with a hot water kettle, and all cooking pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Towels and bedding were clean and fit the bed perfectly. While the complex was a short walk away from shopping, food, and amenities the complex did provide transportation down to the main street. It was wheel chair accessible, and the security staff were amazing and helpful. The shower was a low threshold step over type which would easily accommodate a person of limited mobility. However there were no grab bars in the shower. Also there was a general store and beauty salon on premises with very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again on any trip to Cebu City.

We stayed at the condo 2 times and it was really clean, smell good , the guards were friendly and hope the next time we visit it's still available ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Highly recommended for the others ,🥰🥰🥰🥰. Thank you ma'am Sarah for making it memorable to stay in your unit ...... Hope to see you again...
