We had a great time staying in this Airbnb, the balcony comes with amazing view, the host was friendly and fast response when you need something or when you complain she take action quickly. The internet is fantastic fast 😀 I highly recommend plus the location is good as well 🤠

We had quite an adventure getting there late night via Grab App, but Mark was extremely helpful once we called him. Apparently he himself offers airport pickup, which we would heartily recommend! Once inside the gate, the place was safe, immaculate, and exactly as described. Mark also showed us some of the local spots, and was able to find excellent local deals! We'd definitely stay again!

This is one my favorites airbnb I’ve stayed at to date! ✨ Process was seamless; Mikheyla’s instructions were very clear and straightforward; the space was soooooooo lovely and perfect for a solo trip; the doormen were very helpful. It’s in a area where it’s walkable to a mall, a park, and other great restaurants in the city. I’d definitely book here again 💖

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly comfortable and cozy, providing a perfect spot to relax after a busy day. It was also very clean and accessible, which made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was the cost of overnight parking, which was 2,000 pesos, a bit higher than I expected. However, aside from that, everything was great, and I would still highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Everything was great about this place. There is a 7-Eleven close by and also D&A Food Outlet restaurant that delivers free to all the buildings nearby. Access to great swimming pools and basketball court. The parking is first come first serve in front of the building however it’s nice outside most days so having to walk a little bit to the visitor parking no problem. Don’t hesitate to book this place. I’ll be back again. This is my third time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent – impeccably clean, fresh-smelling, and felt brand new. The inclusion of Netflix on the TV was a fantastic bonus. Fredrick was a very responsive and welcoming host, making communication effortless. While the Wi-Fi was adequate for general use, it wasn't exceptionally fast. The resort itself offered high-quality amenities, and although the beach wasn't the most spectacular, it provided a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

Great location easy access to everything - beach, restaurants, gym, grocery and pharmacy. The room was well-equipped with toiletries and drinking water, and since we stayed for a couple of weeks, Rochie thoughtfully arranged for regular replenishments. She was incredibly accommodating and quick to address any concerns we had. Her hospitality really made us feel at home.

We had a great stay at Pethi’s place!Minimalist yet very aesthetically appealing. The space was carefully utilized. Love the interior design! Bed was very comfy. Tv and aircon we’re working fine as well as the heater. Pool was refreshing too. All kitchen utensils were provided. Felt like home. Pethi was always responsive to our inquiries. Appreciate it Ms. Very accessible to the airport especially if you have a lay over. Would love to stay here again! If you are looking for an affordable relaxing staycation, you should check this out! ❤️

I had a great stay at Loraine's condo in IT Park. The unit was clean and exactly as promised in the listing. Checkin and out was simple and easy. Loraine kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early and did a great job communicating. The location is ideal, in IT Park, which is the best area to live in Cebu city. A 7-eleven is just across the street and there are many restaurants and a supermarket close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a nice place to stay; it’s aesthetically pleasing and they almost have everything you would need. Very clean linens too. We really enjoyed our stay. Just make sure to close the windows to prevent the mosquitoes from going inside. All in all it was 100000/10.
