Monthly Rentals in Castle Rock

Maryann was incredibly congenial and easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. The property was beautiful, quiet and had every little thing you could possibly need. We plan on coming back to the Denver area in the near future and I will plan our trip around when this guesthouse is available.

My family and I were moving across the country and when we arrived in Castle Rock with our four dogs, our house was not ready. This Airbnb was setup perfectly for people traveling with pets. The yard was fenced and secure. We had to extend our stay and Audri was very quick to respond. This was our longest stay at any Airbnb and it felt like we were at home while our house was getting ready with new floors. Several times we had questions and reached out to Audri and she responded very quickly. My wife and I highly recommend this Airbnb, it scores high in our list of favorites. If we didn't buy a house in Castle Rock a couple of miles away, we would definitely reserve this Airbnb when we travel to Castle Rock, CO.

Had a nice stay at Preston and Sandie’s place! We just stayed a night but it satisfied our needs to stay nearby for a wedding in the area. Pretty view from the backyard.

Nicole is a fantastic hostess and was extremely responsive with messages! House is cute and Castle Rock is great! We have family in town and needed somewhere where we could be close but still have our own space and this couldn't have been better. Thank you Nicole!
