Deanna Marie’s place was a wonderfully cool spot. A quiet space easy to get to Old Arvada and several beautiful hiking spots just 30 min away. Deanna Marie was a gracious hostess, and I would definitely stay there the next time I go to the Denver Metro area

We absolutely loved the house. It was very cozy, well furnished and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The house is also very well decorated and had everything you would need, from Kitchen cooking utensils, bathrooms towels to games, etc. The house also felt very private, yet close enough to attractions. It was also very clean. Beds were VERY comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect Location , ideal for a winter family vacation

The stay was great! We’re a family of 5 so the loft area was perfect to have the kids stay in. They had board games, extra sleds, and plenty for the kids to do! They also had extra heaters and even fans incase different rooms want different temps, and had all the amenities, seasonings, pans, oil, etc! We came for a hockey tournament for our kiddos so didn’t spend as much time in the cabin to enjoy everything- but definitely would come back for a longer stay! Definitely reccomend :)

Absolutely incredible stay! Eric was an outstanding host—so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. But the real showstopper was the scenery—breathtaking views all around that made it feel like a slice of paradise. This was a great spot for both hiking up in the cabin and also a great location to easily get to all of the big cities around the area. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

What an incredibly beautiful spot! We saw all the photos before arriving, but the lake view and surrounding pines blew us away. Cabin was adorable and cozy, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Kathleen was extremely easy to communicate with as questions arose. I would absolutely recommend a stay at their cabin!

The perfect spot while staying in Colorado Springs. This house is close to everything and so cozy. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Even shoveled snow for our walkway. What more could you need?

What a great space to spend time with family and friends… the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everyone loved the home and there is plenty of room but it seemed we just enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen. Sweet memories were made here.

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

We have been here twice now and we love staying here. It’s the perfect setup for our family and our kids felt right at home. The home is very clean and comfortable and Krista is great about providing information in advance to prepare for check-in and check-out. We will be back again for sure.

this air b&b was one of the best places that i’ve stayed. It has beautiful bedrooms, and the decorations are so cute!! the stairs going down to the second bedroom isn’t too bad, i was expecting worse haha based on the pictures. the hot tub was AMAZING!! you can tell joey has put major thought into this place and it is awesome. joey was so kind to us, i could not have asked for a better host!! thank you so much again ❤️

We had an incredible stay at Trout Creek Estate. The house comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids. Really enjoyed the layout as everyone had plenty of space and the adults had our own private suites with fireplaces. The kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. This was our first trip to Colorado and our kids first chance to see and play in real snow! So, we spent most of our trip at the property enjoying the outdoors, exploring, and sledding down the hill in front of the house. We even had 2 mule deer walk right up to the house 15 yards from us while playing in the snow. We cooked most nights and ate out one night at a great Mexican restaurant in Manitou Springs which was recommended by the host. Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak were our only two excursions and I highly recommend both. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, private location, with incredible scenery, this is the place to stay!

I have to say this is the best and most accurately described Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s got all the bells and whistles. Back area offers a beach with a fire pit which we used the first night. Jacuzzi in the backyard that was warmed up upon our arrival (did not have time to use it unfortunately). Area is very secure via gate for vehicle entry with convenient parking. Interior offers two very large bedrooms with two huge beds. Bathroom was very clean and has a heater. Also very good shower pressure and hot water. We grilled some steaks and even found a meat thermometer in the silverware drawer. The place made for a very great trip with the family. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second staying there again. Very reasonably priced as well for what is offered. I 100% recommend.

Still Water is a true gem, fully stocked with amenities and technology, games and kitchen made to cook, but with the feel of being remote and untouched in Colorado mountains! Would highly recommend for your next family getaway or friend weekend! Daniel and Jenny were responsive and friendly and Jenny’s decor is so well done, we especially enjoyed the artwork throughout the house and cozy mod-cabin vibe throughout. Their story is really incredible, take a look at the feature story from 5280 Magazine framed on the entry wall! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

Stayed over the weekend for my birthday, Girls getaway. Everything was very nice and clean, We did the hot tub and just stayed in and relaxed, what the 4 of us girls needed. The fox came to the door a few nights then went away after he or she seen that we wouldn't open the door. Lol. I will surly book this airbnb again. Next time it will have to be in the summer or fall. But it helped us just to relax all weekend, no pets, no grandkids, or grown up kids to deal with. Had a great birthday.

David was a great host. He was accommodating enough to allow us an early check-in. He was proactive with instructions and information which really kept the need for us to reach out to him minimal, but he was responsive and friendly when we did communicate. His home looked better than the pictures portrayed! We could tell it was designed and situated with love. We were very impressed with the entire property.

Our stay in this beautiful home exceeded all expectations. Our stay was during Christmas week and as soon as we walked into the home we were surprised by all of the Christmas decorations. It was really beautiful! We genuinely enjoyed every bit of our stay, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
