My stay at the Serotonin Chalet in Florissant was nothing short of spectacular! This Airbnb is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind in tranquility. As night fell, the dark sky turned into a canvas sprinkled with stars, ideal for stargazing—a truly mesmerizing experience. Adding to the charm was a classic record player accompanied by a selection of spectacular albums that kept up with the nostalgia I adore. John Denver and The Doobie Brothers became the soundtrack of our stay, played on repeat and enhancing the ambiance with their timeless tunes. Moreover, the chalet offers a delightful twist with a classic arcade game, Pac-Man, which proved to be a hit not just for kids but for adults too—husbands included! This nostalgic touch added a unique flavor to our peaceful getaway. I highly recommend the Serotonin Chalet for anyone seeking a quiet, perfectly relaxing escape.

Absolutely beautiful home!!! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings!! Home was amazing!! He has a great time celebrating my birthday and our anniversary! We renewed our vows and had a private chef come to the Airbnb!! That made it more special! We saw deer when we got in the first day…. They came back often!! We were able to feed them apples, grapes and corn… they got very close to us!! We will definitely be back!!

Such a great place to enjoy nature and do some hiking. Cabin was super clean and had everything we needed. James was super responsive with any random questions we had!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was absolutely beautiful, with a serene backyard overlooking a peaceful lake — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The interior was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. Eric, the host, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. When we asked to borrow a dining table, he quickly provided us with table and chairs. His hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with an amazing host!

What an incredibly beautiful spot! We saw all the photos before arriving, but the lake view and surrounding pines blew us away. Cabin was adorable and cozy, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Kathleen was extremely easy to communicate with as questions arose. I would absolutely recommend a stay at their cabin!

If you are looking for a getaway in the mountains this is the ideal place. It is peaceful, secluded, beautiful views and surrounded by nature. Marlena was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had an absolutely amazing stay in the heart of Old Colorado Downtown! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, right in the middle of all the charm and character of downtown with breathtaking views of the mountains. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me great peace of mind during my trip. The home itself was a gem, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home. On top of that, the price was fantastic, such great value for everything this stay offered! What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They provided a detailed guide for tourists like me, full of recommendations for the best local restaurants, attractions, and unique places to visit. It was so helpful and made exploring the area a breeze. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to create local guide for me.

I always have a fantastic stay at Rob’s place. The space is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I need. Rob is a thoughtful and responsive host who goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great place! We visited CU Boulder and the location was very convenient, walkable distance to campus and to hikes (Chautauqua park with many beautiful trails). The place had everything we needed, clean, and peaceful.

It was awesome for my boyfriend’s birthday.. He loves to smoke and it was 4-20 friendly… it was less than an hour from Echo Mountain Ski Resort

What a great space to spend time with family and friends… the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everyone loved the home and there is plenty of room but it seemed we just enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen. Sweet memories were made here.

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much Andrew. This home was just as described and was very easy to locate as well as enter the home. The scenery was nice and the homes around it are also very huge and make you feel like your in a great neighborhood for sure. The best thing we enjoyed inside was that everything we needed was there. We once said among ourselves that this house has everything needed that we thought someone live here full time and rented the house out for the weekend lol. Not to say the hot-tub as well was a great accommodation.. at first we were not able to get it hot but his quick response showed us how to get it heated. I say this all to say, i 1000% recommend and will definitely book again next time we are in colorado.

Cozy spot, nice kitchen, excellent yard with ample seating! Pretty close to downtown. FYI: if you have mobility difficulties, be aware the stairs down to the basement are quite steep. There is a babygate there if needed.

Absolutely beautiful. Great views. Kids loved playing in the snow right outside and speeding down the hill. Amazing place with lots of kid friendly amenities. Hosts were always very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again!

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

Stayed over the weekend for my birthday, Girls getaway. Everything was very nice and clean, We did the hot tub and just stayed in and relaxed, what the 4 of us girls needed. The fox came to the door a few nights then went away after he or she seen that we wouldn't open the door. Lol. I will surly book this airbnb again. Next time it will have to be in the summer or fall. But it helped us just to relax all weekend, no pets, no grandkids, or grown up kids to deal with. Had a great birthday.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay at David’s place. There are so many amenities packed into this house. We especially enjoyed the theater room with a HUGE TV, the piano, and the swim spa. We cook a lot, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and more! The only small downside was the location. It isn’t bad by any means; I would describe the neighborhood as up and coming. We never felt unsafe in any way, but some of the neighboring houses could use a little help. Also the backyard doesn’t feel super private as there is a large road just on the other side. It didn’t stop us from using the swim spa, but might be an issue for some. Right across the street is a huge green space with a pond and a large playground that the kids loved. Communication with David was super easy and he was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again for sure. Definitely 5 stars.

Our stay in this beautiful home exceeded all expectations. Our stay was during Christmas week and as soon as we walked into the home we were surprised by all of the Christmas decorations. It was really beautiful! We genuinely enjoyed every bit of our stay, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

The house is wonderful, the view of the lake is amazing and neighbor/caretaker Kay is helpful and so friendly! The beds are comfy and the waterfall showers are really nice and relaxing. The host was amazing working with us on our changing travel plans including changing our arrival and departure dates at the last minute.
