It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

We stayed here for a wedding with a group of friends. It was conveniently located and the pool table, ping pong table and pool were great amenities to have! Quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard. There were limited items in the kitchen (like pans, glasses), but we made it work and found that we overall had what we needed. The rooms were clean and cozy. The couch was very comfortable. The soaps in the shower were not full, but we brought our own anyways. Lidiana was very responsive to messages whenever we had a question. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was amazing!! So beautiful! Perfect spot to relax. Very clean and so nicely decorated! Bathrooms are amazing!! Came to the island to visit family, right down the street from the Winn-dixie. Had my 4yr old and my 9yr old nephew on the trip who enjoyed the pool so very much! Also a great playground just 5min down the road in the center. We had a thunderstorm that shut the power down on one side of the house, the neighbor came over and got it back and running, they were very responsive. There is a starter kit for your needs, however I would recommend being prepared to get back up toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you plan to stay for a week. There are also a few water tubes/water noodles so there are a few water toys. Was a wonderful time, appreciate the opportunity stay at such a nice place, thank you!!

We were in the house for a week with another couple. It was the most enjoyable time as we had full privacy and all the amenities of the resort, but only for ourselves. House is very clean, specious, and delivers everything you see on pictures and more. The management is caring. They are available if you need them but are not overwhelming you, and they respect your time and privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We loved staying at Elle’s house!!! The pool and the park was ideal for my kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was so peaceful but yet only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and wished we would have stayed longer. Ele was very friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and she came promptly to deal with it. The double beds were a little soft to our taste but other than that we had a great experience. Thank you Ele!

Jose was a wonderful host, responded quickly and the house was beautiful, and clean. And the pool was warm, private and also clean. Just note that the “crib” is a pack and play not an actual crib. We were provided a bassinet on the second morning although our baby was too big for the bassinet.

We had a great stay at Amanda’s place. She was very responsive and accommodating to meet our needs. She was also proactive to make sure everything was set prior to our arrival. It was our first time renting a property with a private pool and spa so that was an added perk too. Having traveled from Wisconsin and wanting to explore Florida during our short stay limited our time to enjoy all the amenities but still worth the value.

Absolutely loved our stay! What a great house with an amazing backyard! Our hosts were great…very responsive and kind. We are already talking about coming back next year. You can’t go wrong with this one…thanks for a great week!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

we came down for a small family get-together for my sons 4th birthday. this spot was kid friendly and very spacious. not only was dorian's home absolutely beautiful, but she was so accommodating and always had a fast response to any questions or needs we may of had! everything was fully stocked, clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of floaties, and accessories for the beach which came in handy! the outside/pool area was our favorite and where we spent most of our time. for anyone wondering, the pool was the perfect depth and length, and the hot tub was very spacious!! 10/10 recommend this place and to choose dorian as your host!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen's house. It is very large, Comfortable and very well-equipped. It is tastefully decorated and nothing is missing. Very well located for getting around the area and close to shops for shopping. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the towels provided. The bedding is extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this place!!!! And thank you again for the special touches. Our arrival. Jen answered our questions very quickly.

Loved our stay house was clean lots of extra blankets in the closet. They had a small set of dishes which was convenient. The hot tub was clean and worked great could have used a couple more towels. But other than that we loved our stay wish we were in town a few more days to stay.

This place was lovely, clean, and easy to access. The pool area is beautiful! Pretty hanging lights around the pool area that make it especially great at night. Very private backyard. The rooms were good sizes and clean/comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot tub not heating back up on our last day, but didn’t particularly need it that day so it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

This home was beautifully built, and designed with everyone in mind. Kids and adults! The open floor plan was well thought out! This home was equipped with EVERYTHING and more to prepare meals! Shopping was a breeze, with everything within a 10-15 minute drive. My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much here! We will definitely book again! I recommend this home to any large groups or families! Thanks again Thomas!!!

I cannot recommend Coastal Cabana highly enough. The house was just as beautiful in person! It was incredibly clean and tidy. The bed linens and towels were hotel grade. The Master shower was amazing! The pool in the back looking out on the water was serene. There's plenty of beach towels, beach toys, an umbrella and two beach chairs which were super convenient. We biked around the beautiful development several times a day with the two beach cruisers. It's conveniently located to the beach, but there's also a beautiful downtown area about 30 minutes away with delicious restaurants and cute shops. The owners kept in touch and clearly take very good care of the property. I'd highly recommend booking this house. You won't regret it!

We had a great time. The house and yard were perfect for us and our two pets. The neighbors were nice, and the location was peaceful. Fabian was very responsive to our needs. We had great weather and especially enjoyed the sunshine and warmth. The location is very good. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The traffic is heavy but manageable. Four Mike Cove Eco Park is about one mile away and has a great boardwalk that is perfect for walking. It does not, however, allow pets. There is a lot to do in the area. It is extremely accessible to Ft. Myers since it is very close to the Veterans Parkway mid-point bridge. It was a great place for us to spend a month.

Our house had some issues and we needed to find a place for a week. Sea star stepped up and helped us out. The house is amazing. It had everything one would need to live very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beautifully appointed furnishings. When you need a getaway. This is the place to book.

Braulio was very responsive to all of our needs and wants. We had a great time loved the location. We would not hesitate to rebook his place for next year. We felt very comfortable and safe.We also enjoyed being able to take our little yorkie. I would recommend his place to family and friends. It was tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. This property is exactly why people are switching from hotels to Airbnbs. It had everything we needed and was perfectly stocked for the length of our stay. It really made us feel at home! Our host Shawn was amazing, he was very informative and easy to get in touch with. All the instructions were very straightforward and clear. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend anyone else visiting the Fort Myers area to stay here!

Dorit and Top Florida is absolutely amazing. Very professional, helpful, and so accommodating for our family. Villa Pearl was a dream come true for us. So clean, very spacious, and had everything we would or want. Will definitely stay at Villa Pearl again and would definitely stay with a Top Florida property hosted by Dorit.
