We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

Very Beautiful stay and felt like home!

We have stayed at many rentals all over, and Cape Coral a handful of times. Diane’s place is absolutely one of the best !Everything was perfect , bed , pool, decor, appointments, et all. Diane was a great host, accessible, helpful , when she says she wants your stay to be perfect she means it. Book this beautiful vacation house you will not be disappointed!!

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

Our family had a wonderful stay for the couple days! It was great that everything was new and clean (spotless - and I’m particular). Everyone slept well - street was quiet! Keep in mind the entire FMB area is still being restored after the 2023 storm. We felt the devastation that clearly so many experienced and were privileged to get to stay in Paul & Alicia’s lovely home. Pool was perfect temperature and great reprieve from the toasty beach. Perfect mix of shady sitting area & sunny lounges. Quick few minute drive to the grocery, enjoyed cooking out on the blackstone. We would definitely come back for a return visit!

We visited North Fort Myers to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday. She lives only a short 20-minute drive from Maria's place. Check-in was a breeze, and we felt right at home upon entering. The entire home was sparkling clean, and we literally wanted for nothing. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided in both baths. Maria had complimentary snacks, wine, and coffee, which was a nice, friendly touch. The lanai was comfortable, and the pool was warm and inviting. We had towels when needed. There were pool floats for the little ones and there was plenty of room to spread out (there were 6 adults and 2 kids one day). Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen was available. Maria was friendly and provided all the information we needed to make the vacation enjoyable. The location was perfect for daily walks. The home is on our list for future visits!

We had an enjoyable stay at your "poolside paradise". The home was more than comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The home is in close proximity to many dining options and activities. Would highly recommend to a family looking to relax and enjoy some peace & quiet. * One thing I must add the 1st picture of the canal view is no longer accurate, unfortunately the surrounding neighbors have put up hedges which are becoming overgrown and obstructing the view

Could not have been more pleased about our 3 week stay at The Sandy Pelican. The spotless home was incredibly well stocked with amenities including great kitchen utensils and appliances as well as basic supplies. The furnishings are like new and provide a beautiful decor. The kitchen opens up to a scenic view looking over the pool and canal. We spent many hours relaxing in the pool on the edge of the pristine waterway. One day we counted over 20 manatees! The Sandy Pelican is in a neighborhood with other high end homes. It provides a perfect location from which to enjoy the "Old Florida" atmosphere of Pine Island. The host, Stephanie, could not have been any more responsive or accommodating. She obviously takes pride in presenting her beautiful home. Our overall Pine Island experience was enhanced greatly by staying at the Sandy Pelican.

We had a fantastic stay! Pine Island is pretty remote, but the house is in a friendly/walkable neighborhood and it was so perfect we barely left all week! The diamond of this home is certainly the lanai and the extreme cleanliness of every single space indoors + out. The screens kept bugs away, the pool/hot tub were sparklingly clean, and outdoor furniture, fans and shade made it comfortable all times of day. We also utilized the kayaks and met a dolphin! Inside the house was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (the nicest kitchenware/dishes of any rental we’ve been to), the grocery down the road is new+convenient, and the rest of the house was filled with options for fun + relaxation (PacMan?!?!). Finally, the bedrooms were super cozy and I think the tilework in the squeaky clean bathrooms couldn’t be beat! So pretty! Maybe not the right spot for beaches or big entertainment but absolute perfection for a relaxing week on the canal with our pups!

Excellent amenities, great price and ample space. We had a great time and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Afternoon sun made the pool useable well into the evening. The only recommendation would be to bring toiletries like shampoo that are not provided and I wish more cleaning supplies were provided so it would be easier to wipe down the kitchen and floors each night. Overall a great stay! Jake was super responsive and an excellent host. Thank you!

This was home away from home, anything u need to cook is in the kitchen, very well stocked with any dish or utensil u may need! The water with a little beach area is within walking distance a couple streets over. Mark was very attentive when I asked to extend last minute. We had zero complaints.

Excellent place to stay! would highly recommend, spotless and even better than the pictures. Of note, everything we could possibly want in a kitchen was provided. Our family loved spending the nights out on the Lanai.

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Had wine sitting on the dock. Bikes were perfect- although was so busy hiking and kayaking that we didn’t have time to use them. The local beach is only less than 2 miles away- walked there most mornings. Air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could want. All in all- a wonderful experience!

Johanna was a wonderful and accommodating host! After a bit of a mix-up, she was very quick to respond and help us out. Great stay too - loved the outdoor area, well thought out for guests and plenty of space inside too. Thanks again for a lovely stay :)

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need. Location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood along a canal. Felt very safe. Located just a few minutes from Publix for any quick needs or groceries. The home had everything you would need to feel at home! Extra blankets, extra pillows, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, coolers, toiletries, blow dryers, curlers, games... the list is endless! Bedrooms are beautiful. Lot of room to put your luggage, large closets and hangers if wanted. Everything was very neat and clean. The pool was lovely as well as the spa. You could notice the spa heating almost instantly when turning it on. The pool is kept at a great temperature and my kids had no hesitation getting in even on cooler mornings or evenings. We enjoyed watching a lizard and iguana friend we saw daily. Loved having the outdoor furniture to just hang outside. I have absolutely no complaints!!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

The house had remodels and is the cleanest Airbnb/hotel I have every stayed at. The beds were comfy. I thought the snacks and drinks were helpful to have around. It was relaxing to look out at the water from the front room. Everything you'd need is organized and provided. We would 100% stay there again.

Joanna’s home was amazing! The pool and outdoor space was beautiful, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and the beach chairs provided were incredibly convenient when coming from out of town. It is a perfect distance from Sanibel or Ft.Myers, or if you want, simply walk to the yacht club beach. I especially loved the Xbox 360 full of games from the 2010s. I hope to stay with Joanna again and could not recommend enough!

This place was perfect for our anniversary celebration. Having a place to park the boat and trailer was worth it.

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

the place was exactly as described! great, private location but just a few minute drive to main road for groceries, restaurants, etc. we cannot wait to go back!!

We were a little disappointed with the hot tub not working. The service people coming out the next day unannounced and the pool tech the next day unannounced. But overall the house was beautiful and peaceful.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Very homey and every amenity you could need!! 🥰
