Fantastic location at a fraction the SSVC price. Everything you need was at the location. Very easy check in. Very clean and had great amenities.

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

I so enjoyed staying at Ida’s place. I found it even more attractive than photos portrayed. It felt spacious, very comfortable and had everything needed. I had a friend with me for part of the stay. He is also an Airbnb super host. He complimented Ida’s place more than once, calling it “extremely livable”. I had never been to Pine Island, and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, finding interesting things to do, such as visiting the Calusa Heritage trail. Thank you Ida!

The townhouse was 1 of the best AirBnBs I've spent time in. It was VERY comfortable and had everything we need and then some. It was very spacious and we enjoyed everything.

Ryan and Kristi's place was great! They had everything as described and were very responsive to anything we needed. The location was private and it's in the cutest little neighborhood that's great for a walk or bike ride.

Olivia was an amazing host. She was responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. Her directions for parking, the pool, and home entry were very clear. The house had pleanty of room, and was close to everything we needed. A slight issue at the home came up and Olivia responded immediately and resolved it! We would absolutely stay here again giving the chance!

Clara's condo was so clean and inviting. Everything was just as pictured and described. Clara was always quick to respond and helpful when questions arose. The beach amenities that were available for use were wonderful! We plan to return for sure!

Alicia is a perfect host for this Air B&B, five star all the way. It was like walking into your own home and having everything in place like you owned it. All that is described is totally accurate and more. The house is super clean and very well decorated. The location of the place is central to beaches, restaurants and other activities, also very quiet. Not a far drive to anywhere you want to go. The pool for this unit is clean and well maintained. We were very blessed to have stayed at this Air B&B. We will be returning in the near future. Many thanks Alicia for hosting us.

David and Tracy have a beautiful property. It was very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, linens, etc. We enjoyed the screened patio a lot and loved that it was a short walk to the pool and Tiki. David and Tracy were very responsive and very friendly. Would love to stay again!

My 22 year old son and I stayed here with Frye da at other homes in the neighborhood. I enjoyed the location, because it’s within a few miles of the grocery store, gym and restaurants. The pool was very warm the first day and not warm after. We had amazing neighbors, our place was clean and full of supplies. We would come back again. The location is near the end of the canal, so not amazing for fishing, but we did see a manatee.

Beautiful place, outstanding location. I have stayed in many Airbnbs in Cape Coral, and this was the most upscale. The marina is amazing.
