Vacation rentals with a patio in Butler Beach

Lauren and Adam were excellent hosts! We had issues with the heater the first night, and he came right out that next morning to fix it. We love St Augustine and it’s walkable to George St. just a few blocks over.

We stayed for a weekend to see a festival. We were 7 min to Francis field which was very convenient. The place was updated well cared for and clean. Easy parking. Gerard was very proactive and communicative gave great recommendations. Would definately come back there was so much to do close by.

Me and my boyfriend had such a great time here! It was PERFECT walking distance from downtown / ripleys, tours, etc!! We didn’t use our car at all? this place is in such a comvienent and beautiful spot, and the interior is immaculate!! Bed was amazing, gorgeous kitchen, the bathroom was so clean and nice (with a big sink for makeup, skincare etc), and more!! I definetly recommend if you’re looking for a place in st aug to explore the historic region!!

Great location, easy walk to historic downtown, next door to the owner's taproom/wine bar/vintage shops. This place puts a smile on your face when you walk in. Absolutely adorable! Great communication from the hosts. Fully outfitted kitchen. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Couldn't ask for much more! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I was sad to leave! Good to know: steep stairs to get into the unit.

Stan’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for two nights and felt right at home. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and had all the comforts you’d hope for—truly a gem that rivals any hotel. The location is perfect, with great access to everything we needed in and around Saint Augustine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay while in town to visit with family for the holidays. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. It was nice to be tucked away in a quiet spot, and the well stocked kitchen was appreciated!

My wife and I had such a great stay at the Sea Turtle Studio. Alison & Jay provided clear and detailed instructions for how to locate and access the unit which was extremely helpful. They also were willing to work with our schedule without any hesitation. The unit is exactly as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. We were able to use Netflix and Hulu after a long travel day which was a plus. The unit feels much larger than a studio and was plenty of space for us. The studio is SO close to downtown that we walked back and forth multiple times a day without any hesitation, yet it is far enough away that you still feel secluded from all of the noise and traffic. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great little place. 10 minutes away from downtown, and just far enough that it feels peaceful in the neighborhood. The backyard is huge, great if you bring a pet.

We loved this Airbnb. It was similar to a home we were in the middle of purchasing so it was perfect to be able to experience that. Yard was great size and the host was always very responsive. I would 100% recommend.

A great place to stay. 15 minutes from Historical District. I wasn’t expecting the shower..there’s only one, to be so small. But it was a nice stay. The bed was so comfortable!! I loved the fenced in backyard so I could let the dog out. Needs more lighting in the living room, for sure. The bathrooms lighting was on point! Loved it! I would stay again!

Very nice open concept house with all the amenities you could want. Close enough to downtown, but far enough away for peace and quiet. We would stay there again without a doubt.

The house was super clean and just as described. Krysta was always quick to respond with any questions prior and during booking. We brought our dog who loved the huge fenced backyard. The location was a nice walk to the historic town but far enough away to have a quiet night as well. I would recommend staying here and we will be back!

We stayed At the house for 3 nights with my family. We loved the house , beds were comfortable, kitchen has all utensils needed for cooking, bunk beds which my kids loved. Most of all I loved it's proximity to the beach. The beach had buttery sand and was a peaceful vacation for us.We were sad to leave the house. We would love to go back again. We were there during the Thanksgiving holiday and was a perfect private time for us.

We enjoyed our stay here for a weekend getaway! Definitely would book here again. Ashley and her co-hosts were hospitable and patient. The space was clean and comfortable. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and the commute to downtown St. Augustine isn’t too far.

The condo was amazing!! Everything you could need was there, walkable to the beach, short drive to st Augustine. Would stay here again anytime I wanted to visit the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was convenient to downtown and the beach was a real plus. Shopping and restaurants were also close.

This condo was in a great location, a short drive to St. Augustine, which was the purpose of our trip. There were restaurants within walking distance, but we did not choose them, as they were mostly franchise-type restaurants and we wanted to do local food. We were there during cooler weather, so did not utilize the kayak, but the kayak and bikes were a nice addition. The condo had everything we needed. This is three levels, so if you can't do stairs, this is not for you. There were two couples, so we each had our own areas. The Murphy bed was nice. We actually used it to lounge on in the living room. That is a suggestion, maybe another chair in the living room. The area was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you.
