Vacation rentals with a patio in Butler Beach

Wow! This was the perfect place for a couple to stay to experience the Night of Lights 2024-2025! The apartment is located about 1/2 block from St George Street. The heating worked well! The bathroom was spotless and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook nice meals! I can see us staying here again during our next trip to St Augustine!!!

Great place to stay for a weekend stay and exploration of St. Augustine with the dogs for a weekend.

Visited during Night of Lights. This is the perfect location to get to and see everything. Property is old but well maintained. Liz responded to all of our questions right away. Of note-no TV but plenty of STA reading material. Also, WiFi/cell signal can be spotty as the area gets busier with tourists.

Stan was a great communicator. Place looked exactly as shown on pictures. Good location and value.

A great spot to stay! Right near everything. We biked to the farmer’s market at the amphitheater, walked over the bridge of lions to check out the lights, and enjoyed lazy plates at the conch house marina and restaurant right in the neighborhood. Clean place, felt very safe and cozy!

Great little place. 10 minutes away from downtown, and just far enough that it feels peaceful in the neighborhood. The backyard is huge, great if you bring a pet.

We booked this for a Christmas getaway. It is a great house in a really good location. The hosts provided instructions and recommendations well in advance that helped to make the stay. We would definitely look at this place again the next time we are in St. Augustine.

Krysta's house is great - this was our second week-long stay, and the house is perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay, and the backyard is great for relaxing and hanging out with our dogs. We love the neighborhood and location, easy to walk to several restaurants or even downtown.

The place was a perfect stay! Not far of a drive from downtown St. Augustine and the neighborhood is super peaceful. Loved the proximity to the beach and how clean it was! I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week at Justin‘s beautiful condo! Everything you would need at the beach was provided, including chairs and umbrellas. The view is amazing and literally steps from the ocean. The kitchen has every amenity needed. Saint Augustine is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive with so many restaurants and things to do. However we never wanted to leave because the condo was so awesome. If you are lucky enough to rent this condo, you are very lucky !

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

This condo was in a great location, a short drive to St. Augustine, which was the purpose of our trip. There were restaurants within walking distance, but we did not choose them, as they were mostly franchise-type restaurants and we wanted to do local food. We were there during cooler weather, so did not utilize the kayak, but the kayak and bikes were a nice addition. The condo had everything we needed. This is three levels, so if you can't do stairs, this is not for you. There were two couples, so we each had our own areas. The Murphy bed was nice. We actually used it to lounge on in the living room. That is a suggestion, maybe another chair in the living room. The area was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

Tom was a wonderful host. We asked in advance if there was any possibility to check in a little early due to traveling out of state and he made great accommodations and was extremely communicative the entire time. The place was gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures listed online. We walked in to the condo and there was a package of chocolates and a bottle of champagne with two glasses waiting for us. How amazing. I am not sure if it was because of New Years, the newlywed fact, or just something he does in general but nevertheless, Tom went above and beyond. Everything you need is close by. A 5 minute drive to the grocery store and beach. Everything you might need to stay somewhere for a few days is inside of this gorgeous condo. We sat outside on the patio and had our coffee and enjoyed the serenity. It was decorated so cute, extremely comfortable, close to shops and only about a 15 min drive to downtown. Location is great. Worth the price. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Tom😀

we loved our condo in St. Augustine. it was perfect. our host Abby and her family were wonderful. the kindest people you'll ever want to meet and genuinely nice and appreciative of everything. genuinely caring people couldn't have asked for more. the place was beautiful, stocked with everything and anything you could want and then some overstopped. I mean blankets, sheets, towels, things to do outside in the pool in the ocean. they had everything that you could imagine. the place was impeccably clean styled. very nice but comfortable. you felt very at home there and the Abby and her mother Joy and her other co-hosts were the kindest people you would ever want to meet. everything was just wonderful. location was great. we couldn't have asked for more for our Christmas and my niece's wedding. it was the perfect destination for our Florida Christmas vacation. we will definitely go back and see them again. we were extremely happy with everything. highly recommended to everyone

We have enjoyed our stay at Cathy’s place very much. This is a private tuck away from all the busy-ness in town. The room is very clean with new renovations. Walkable to the beach with beach chairs, towels, umbrella even with lots of beach toys if you have children. Balcony is a perfect place to enjoy ocean sound with coffee in the morning. Highly recommended to anyone.
