Vacation rentals with a patio in Butler Beach

This apartment was great. Such a cute place and super convenient to the shops and restaurants in old St Augustine. The apartment was clean and very attractively decorated. As others have said, you could hear the people upstairs walking around but it wasn’t unbearable. My only suggestion would be a few more bath towels as there was only one per person available. We come to the area every year so we will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a weekend stay and exploration of St. Augustine with the dogs for a weekend.

This area is so beautiful. The little apartment had everything we needed in an amazing place steps away from everything we wanted to do. Absolutely going to stay here again next time we come to town. Cannot recommend enough!!

Nicole's Airbnb was the perfect location for our stay. We enjoyed the walkability factor and how spacious the apartment is for two guests. Nicole's house is very clean with very easy check in and check out instructions Outside of that, the internet is spotty if you plan to work from home. There are no basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper or paper towels. I would encourage Nicole to be better at communicating with her guests - she did not read, respond nor acknowledge messages from us during our stay. Overall, the stay was great and perfect for our needs! I highly recommend staying here, nonetheless.

We had a great stay at John’s apartment. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. John always responded quickly with any questions. Recommend it highly.

Great little place. 10 minutes away from downtown, and just far enough that it feels peaceful in the neighborhood. The backyard is huge, great if you bring a pet.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we had so much fun! Very close to downtown, good neighborhood, and my dog loved the backward. The house itself was nice and clean and we had no complaints!

Krysta's house is great - this was our second week-long stay, and the house is perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay, and the backyard is great for relaxing and hanging out with our dogs. We love the neighborhood and location, easy to walk to several restaurants or even downtown.

The place was a perfect stay! Not far of a drive from downtown St. Augustine and the neighborhood is super peaceful. Loved the proximity to the beach and how clean it was! I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week at Justin‘s beautiful condo! Everything you would need at the beach was provided, including chairs and umbrellas. The view is amazing and literally steps from the ocean. The kitchen has every amenity needed. Saint Augustine is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive with so many restaurants and things to do. However we never wanted to leave because the condo was so awesome. If you are lucky enough to rent this condo, you are very lucky !

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

This condo was in a great location, a short drive to St. Augustine, which was the purpose of our trip. There were restaurants within walking distance, but we did not choose them, as they were mostly franchise-type restaurants and we wanted to do local food. We were there during cooler weather, so did not utilize the kayak, but the kayak and bikes were a nice addition. The condo had everything we needed. This is three levels, so if you can't do stairs, this is not for you. There were two couples, so we each had our own areas. The Murphy bed was nice. We actually used it to lounge on in the living room. That is a suggestion, maybe another chair in the living room. The area was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

Tom was a wonderful host. We asked in advance if there was any possibility to check in a little early due to traveling out of state and he made great accommodations and was extremely communicative the entire time. The place was gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures listed online. We walked in to the condo and there was a package of chocolates and a bottle of champagne with two glasses waiting for us. How amazing. I am not sure if it was because of New Years, the newlywed fact, or just something he does in general but nevertheless, Tom went above and beyond. Everything you need is close by. A 5 minute drive to the grocery store and beach. Everything you might need to stay somewhere for a few days is inside of this gorgeous condo. We sat outside on the patio and had our coffee and enjoyed the serenity. It was decorated so cute, extremely comfortable, close to shops and only about a 15 min drive to downtown. Location is great. Worth the price. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Tom😀

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Abby’s condo was well equipped with anything and everything we could possibly need.

We have enjoyed our stay at Cathy’s place very much. This is a private tuck away from all the busy-ness in town. The room is very clean with new renovations. Walkable to the beach with beach chairs, towels, umbrella even with lots of beach toys if you have children. Balcony is a perfect place to enjoy ocean sound with coffee in the morning. Highly recommended to anyone.
