Vacation rentals with a patio in St. Johns County

We really enjoyed our stay so near to the historical district. It was so convenient to be this close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment met all our needs as well. Lauren was very helpful when we had questions, always responding quickly. Thanks for making our stay go so well.

10/10 recommend this place! Walkable neighborhood, everything you need (toiletries, kitchen supplies) plus next door to Spinster for coffee, cocktails and the best food truck meals I have ever had (at Hot Box). Will be returning for sure from Colorado.

Great stay and really beautiful and cozy home. Everything is clean and location is really good. The home is away from downtown so is a great place to be close enough to the action but also get away from the craziness. Stan is awesome and always responded in a very timely manor.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

Great little place. 10 minutes away from downtown, and just far enough that it feels peaceful in the neighborhood. The backyard is huge, great if you bring a pet.

We loved our stay in St Augustine! The house is fantastic and we loved the fenced backyard. The neighborhood is perfect for taking long walks. We stayed for 7 weeks and definitely recommend this home for a long stay. The hosts were extremely helpful, kind and friendly!

We loved our stay again at Skip's place! The weather did not cooperate, but it was a lovely stay anyway. At the beach, ground level, easy parking, king-size bed, laundry and ample room—we were so glad it was available again.

the 4 of us stayed for a month. Everything we needed was there. All of us are in our 60's. it was nice to be on the ground floor and parking right outside the door. The property is gated but very accessible with the key card. we enjoyed local resterants Connelly' grill and the Hurricane grill, which had live music while we sat outside eating. Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is the third condo we have rented in this historic building (originally housing for the Flagler Hotel staff) —a very convenient location with a reserved parking space. The beds are comfy, appliances new, lots of space, fun touches, quiet at night. Don’t miss lunch at Cafe Alcazar (former indoor pool) while visiting the Lightner Museum (2 blocks away and a must-see).

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Abby’s condo was well equipped with anything and everything we could possibly need.

We have enjoyed our stay at Cathy’s place very much. This is a private tuck away from all the busy-ness in town. The room is very clean with new renovations. Walkable to the beach with beach chairs, towels, umbrella even with lots of beach toys if you have children. Balcony is a perfect place to enjoy ocean sound with coffee in the morning. Highly recommended to anyone.
