Lux Seaside Cottage West Sussex, now with Hot Tub!

PeterRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights with my elderly Mum, sister and cousin. The bungalow clearly has been renovated recently, and it’s spotless, yet feels comfortable. It’s light, airy and spacious and very well equipped. The garden is very neat and tidy. We paid extra to use the hot tub which was great. A lovely, modern Samsung TV in the living room meant we could watch films in the evening on a high quality TV. Kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet. We had such a relaxing break we are thinking of returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

Luxury Rural Retreat with Hot Tub set in 3 acres

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

Treetops studio/treehouse, hot tub, wifi, Smart TV

SarahRating, 5 stars4 days ago
My partner and I stayed at Treetops over Easter weekend for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The place is idyllic and cosy with a real home away from home feel and beautiful surroundings. Sam went the extra mile for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Two other parties of guests were staying in the Shepherd Huts on site while we were at Treetops but we barely noticed, we felt connected for anything we needed but still had plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back, thank you Sam! We'd also recommend other guests do the 40min walk to Henners Vineyard for a tour & tasting - amazing views!

Tollgate Farm Kent 7 bed house, garden & hot tub

SusanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
On arrival we immediately felt at home. The surrounding area was beautiful and the grounds were large and very child friendly. My grandson chose this area to do his 4.5Km charity walk during his time here. The jacuzzi was a big hit. The house was also large and accommodated 6 adults and five children between 5 yrs to 10 yrs. with ease. A modern kitchen was very well equipped with good quality items, it was very large and easy to work in, even the larder was well stocked with essentials. You could tell that Tim, our host, takes pride in the house, furnishing it with many William Morris fabrics, amongst others, tasteful art, plus original wooden features etc. Crisp linen and decent size bathroom towels. Tim, an all round lovely chap, popped in to welcome us with a gift of local produce from a local farm shop.....the raspberry jam was to die for. games and books were aplenty also. We are hoping to return again. I will, without a doubt recommend Tim's property.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

Unique, lively, sociable + roof terrace!

CariRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay as a group of 19 for my friend’s hen party! The location was perfect - an easy walk from the train station, bars/restaurants and the beach. We had really sunny weather during our stay, and so didn’t find space an issue as we spent most of our time on the lovely roof terrace! The host was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to other hen parties to use as a base due to the great location.

Fantastic Christmas stay in beautiful Bramshott village. Olivia and Ed really helped us out when another host let us down at short notice. Cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, and for allowing our extended family to have a wonderful Christmas together. Olivia and Ed are great hosts, very quick and clear with communication, and happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and location for large families. We easily accommodated 9 of us. Lots to do nearby, with great restaurants, pubs and local walks. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

Calf Shed, fully accessible farm cottage with pool

SilviaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.
A comfortable sofa with coordinating decorative pillows is featured in the sitting area. A painting of flowers hangs on the wall above, while a dining table and chairs are visible in the background. A bottle of champagne and glasses rest on a nearby wooden table.

Beautiful S.Downs Cottage, pool and tennis

CharlieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!
Two small sailboats glide across the calm water, with white and blue sails catching the breeze. Behind them, a series of modern, recently refurbished structures are visible, featuring large windows and a wooden deck overlooking the lagoon.

Cottage with tennis court and pool

JulieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

Country house with grounds near Lewes/Brighton

SallyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.
