Josh was absolutely lovely, showed us around the place on arrival and made it feel very homely. the place was beautiful and perfect for what we were looking for. he was always quick and responsive over any situation. very good stay would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

I stayed at Joe’s with a few friends, it was great and Joe was very accommodating at check in and check out and even let us leave our luggage, before check in and after! The house is lovely and great location! Would recommend

what a lovely experience, the downstairs was a superb space to spend time,lots of amenities and a lovely layout… really easy to find places to drink and eat and a nice 20 minute walk to the beach. Really comfortable and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location in Hove and we were really looked after

Great place to stay whilst in Brighton, the place was super quirky and very similar to my own decor at home so it felt very homely. Walking distance to the beach and town which was ideal. Bed was SUPER comfy!!

Had a wonderful time at Gabby's house . It felt so welcoming, peaceful, clean and loved. Gabby was excellent at communicating and always helpful. It took about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Brighton with cafes and pubs on the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abigail’s place. The house was one of, if not the, cleanest places we have stayed! There was everything needed to make the stay an enjoyable experience - we even had a thoughtful Happy Anniversary message. Comfortable bed with great linens, luxurious towels and a good shower. The house is ideally located if you’re looking for a quiet location, yet easily within walkable reach of Brighton city centre. Brighton has a wealth of independent eateries. Some of our local food recommendations include Oeuf- don’t miss out on the homemade hash browns - and Aviary, which serves delectable honey-themed small plates not to be missed.

This place was everything promised and more. A fabulous location with everything within easy reach. We had a brilliant time 🌟

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

Great location, really close to Hove lawns and seafront. The flat itself was really clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend stay. Parking was easy and good instructions were provided. Only very slight negative was on check out where we were about to leave at 11 am, but the host let themselves into the flat bang on 11 am. We felt a little rushed and while I appreciate it was the check out time, a courtesy knock would've been appreciated.

Lovely little flat with large bay window bathing the room in sunlight. Quiet bedroom, water hot, felt a real home from home! Would recommend, and Doug was super friendly, helpful and responsive too.

We stayed for two nights in September to celebrate a significant anniversary and chose to stay right in the heart of bohemian Brighton. Our host Melanie was friendly and helpful from start to finish, we managed to park securely at the nearby Trafalgar St car park, which was just two minutes from the flat. Situated above a shop on a very trendy street, it was simple to follow the access instructions and once inside we noted how lovely and clean everything was. The flat is comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay, I particularly loved sitting by the front window and watching Brighton pass by in the mornings, bed was comfy and the flat has the added benefit of a huge bath to lie in. Perfect spot for food, nightlife and shopping, safe, secure, clean and at night quiet in the rear bedroom Thank you so much for a great stay Jon & Helen

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

We felt like home straight away. Everything was really clean comfy and cosy. Thanks for the amazing deco! The place is in a great location close to everywhere. If you are lucky you could park your vehicle at the back of the apartment on weekends…. which reduces a huge stress on parking. We highly recommended and we’ll back.

Stayed while recovering from a surgical operation, so wasn't quite out-and-about but more than lovely for resting for a week. Particularly handy to have separate rooms and hand rails in the bath/shower. It's an older house, you'll get noise from neighbours, but it's solid, well-maintained, very well-located, and absolutely worth it over the hotels that come at the same or higher cost.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

Beautiful flat and Sarah is a really nice host! 5 min walk to the beach and about 25 min walk to train station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely and homely in a quiet neighbourhood. In a great location for pubs, restaurants and able to walk into town easily. Great communication and was provided a spare key on request. Would definitely stay here again :)

Loved the character location and facilities. Great coms and great local facilities. Overall lovely energy in this place.
