We had a fantastic stay here! It felt like a real home from home and Matt had clearly taken the time to think about everything that guests might need - for example the kitchen was very well-equipped. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean and spacious, and was perfect for our family of 4. Matt himself was very friendly and offered some suggestions of places we might like to visit based on the age of our children, and they both loved seeing the seals at Horsey Gap. With the train station only a 10 minute walk away, we also went into Norwich for a wander, and it was so quick and easy to get there. Matt's place is in a great location for getting both into the city and to the beach, and we hope to be able to stay again in future because we loved it so much!

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Carol and Philip are such lovely host, had a really good chat with Philip. The room was as described, easy breakfast things provided such as fruits, tea, coffee, cornflakes and bread for toast. I thought was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

Paul's place was clean, tidy and well presented. We felt very comfortable there. The facilities are good and it is reassuring, knowing that Paul and his wife are on site and could deal with any issues that may occur. We have been here before and will probably return.

We had a brilliant stay at Wendy’s cottage. The location is perfect for a country getaway and only 30 mins drive to the sea. The cottage has everything you could need, full of character, big garden and the animals really made the stay special for our 2 young children. Thanks so much for showing us around Wendy!

Liz was an amazing host. She provided clear instructions on how to get to her home. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and warm. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean with good WiFi. The small kitchenette had everything one might need. The shower was lovely with good water pressure. I slept very well as the environment was quiet and serene. I would 100% stay there again. One thing to note is that you need to have a car to stay there. Loved it!

The room is cosy and extremely well laid out with everything you need. Jane was very thoughtful and left milk, crumpets, butter, jam, snacks and fruit etc. There is a smart TV with Netflix etc which was useful after our long travel. There was also an information pack describing the places to visit and eat. Snettersham is a lovely little village with interesting and scenic places to visit near by. I would be very happy to stay here again.

A lovely place to say with a really responsive and kind host. Everything met my expectations. It was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed staying here very much. I was busy working so I didn’t have much time to enjoy the surroundings but it was lovely and relaxing, warm and comfortable, perfect for my needs. A good shower and plenty of nice touches made my stay really pleasant. After a long drive up from Sussex, I really appreciated being able to see the property so clearly, there was an illuminated sign outside to make it really visible in the dark, it was easy to find. Parking was really easy and very suitable even for my larger than normal work vehicle.

We have stayed here lots of times and love it ! Fantastic generous helpful kind hosts - the best! So many little extra treats The beds are so comfy and is lovely to look up at the stars , sit on sofa and enjoy the lovely little private garden and of course sit in it in the summer ! Garden furniture is provided The accommodation is perfect so spotlessly clean with a delightful kitchen and bathroom We can’t wait to return

The snug was a great find. Spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, it provided everything we needed for a weekend away. It was easy to find, had plenty of parking outside and a was a short walk to the sea front, town, pubs and restaurants. We stayed in February, so there was an extra blanket on the bed and a portable electric heater which were appreciated. Jo's communication was swift and clear and we'd 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks Jo!

Shi & Rob are amazing hosts as well as being genuine nice people. This was our 2nd time to stay at their beautiful AirBNB and great to see that the high standards are still maintained. Weather was a bit chilly despite the glorious sunshine but the central heating was always on to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you Shi & Rob

Such a wonderful stay. The view and wildlife is stunning and the area beautiful. The bed was comfy and appliances all worked perfectly. Great stay.

This was an amazing stay. I was a flying visitor, arriving late and leaving early. The self-lock system works brilliantly for this and on arrival the place was beautifully decorated, clean and some special things were waiting to treat you on arrival. After a long drive, fresh milk in the fridge for a brew, crumpets and butter for breakfast, cup cakes for a little naughty treat. Not to mention a couple of beverages for a little tipple on arrival. The bed, pillows and towels were all super fresh and super comfy. I’ll be returning as a regular visitor. Thank you Caille! Oh and excellent communication too.

You genuinley could not ask for better hosts, or people, than Mary and Graham. The main purpose of our visit was to investigate the area for potential move and Mary and Graham gave up some of their own time, one evening, to share with us their experiences along with answering all of our questions. In fact answering questions we had not even thought of or did not know we had. The accomodation was exceptional and we both commented on what great sleep we had (such a comfortable bed). The house had absolutley everything you could think of along with a welcome pack to ensure we had the basics. Walking distance to Bungay which we did on at least 3 occasions although you may need a torch (that said, Mary did provide one as well). Honestly a fantastic little bolt hole if you are looking for a base to explore the area, or a quiet break away. Could not recommended enough. Just a final thanks to Mary and Graham again who really went above and beyond. Thankyou for letting us stay in your home.

This is our second stay here and it suits us perfectly for a couple of nights visiting family. The accommodation is cosy, comfortable and welcoming and easily walkable to the town centre and the river. I'm sure we'll be back!

It’s was great, we requested some extra logs and they were there on the door step when we arrived back from work. We have re booked next Friday! Highly recommend

Lovely stay at La Petite Halle! Quiet area and only 25 minutes from Cambridge. Theresa was a very helpful host with any issues and questions we had. Would recommend!
