What a fab place !! Matt's place was immaculate, really spacious and exceptionally well provided with everything you need for your stay. Lovely location on a pretty street in Brundall. Matt was the perfect host! On hand when needed and really helpful with clear instructions and local information.

Maria is a fantastic, friendly, caring and very helpful host! She's a lovely person and made me feel very welcome. I would strongly recommend her Air B&B to anyone who needs a stay in the Newmarket area.

We had a lovely stay here, we were attending a wedding and so didn’t get to make the most of the beautiful location. The annex is separate to the main house, is exceptionally clean, access to the garden was via large bi fold doors to the back with a lovely garden and scenery to enjoy a morning coffee. Arrived to the log burner lit and the house ready for us. Tea/coffee and fresh milk had been left which was gratefully received. The kitchen well stocked for cooking and everywhere clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and great at communicating quickly, next time we are travelling in the area would definitely stay here. Can recommend in the summer for the peace of countryside with a pub a short walk away, or a cosy retreat in the winter.

All good! Suited our needs very well. Lovely quiet location. Alison was a very responsive, flexible host, and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack. The younger ones loved the games selection!

extremely pleased to have found this Airbnb. the room was very comfortable and the heating was effective especially since the weather was freezing. the hosts were very friendly and helpful..the little touches like orange juice and breakfast was very much appreciated. would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic tranquil cottage. As seen on the photographs, which is rare. Has everything you could wish for and if it doesn’t, Wendy is on hand. Situated on a small holding with a variety of different animals. Wendy allowed the kids to help with feeding them all. In a quiet locations but a small village with pubs and shop a mile down the road and larger towns within easy driving distance.

A wonderful stay in a lovely Norfolk village. Jane was a fantastic host and even left a bottle of prosecco to celebrate the new year. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean, lovely space with enclosed patio with great views for our dog. Dawn and Graham were great hosts, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat nearby. We loved the area too.

This is a lovely space for a stay. I was going to a family party nearby, so wasn’t sure what my hours in and out of the accommodation would be and that wasn’t a problem at all. The place was very easy to find and there are some nice walks in the area. A few thoughtful food items - and tea - were there which saved me, as my schedule was hectic and I hadn’t brought much. Highly recommended!

There are hardly enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this place is. From the second I booked, the communication was excellent. I received recommendations of where to eat, where to go and lots of super helpful information about the local area. I was even asked what my favourite foods were and when I arrived, I found not only a fresh fruit basket by the bed (amazing!) but a fridge full of lovely things, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of bread, jam and butter and enough in the freezer to make myself a meal if needed. I had to arrive later than planned, but nothing was too much trouble for the host. I was warmly welcomed, given a thorough overview of the Garden Room and offered any help I needed. The layout was perfect, it was quiet, peaceful and private, the bed extremely comfortable and there were even DVDs and books available. Everything was absolutely perfect and the host could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I loved it and I'll certainly be back!

We had a lovely few days stay in the Kingfisher Studio. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, really felt very homely. Rob and Shia kindly provided some fresh eggs, bread and lager and wine which was very much appreciated. After a day out exploring the countryside, the cottage was welcoming and warm, and the wood Rob provided for the log burner was especially welcome. The cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful spot and Rob and Shia were excellent hosts, and we would love to return one day to explore the area more.

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

Used as a base for a wedding and to visit family. Easy access to Bury St Edmunds or the coast. Lovely countryside, lots of good walks about. House was very homely, comfy bed, nice size tv.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the annex. The place was spotless , warm and very homely. Lucy kindly left some fresh eggs from the chickens in her garden and also some delicious home made bread. A lovely location within easy driving distance of Cambridge. A great place to stay and we hope to come back again.

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

This was our third long-term stay at the Owl Box and we loved it. The space is tiny but so well designed that we hardly noticed. Everything has been made by Ruth and Harvey themselves, and the love and care they've put into it is obvious from the whole to the details. The bed is comfy, the very clean bathroom has a rainshower and the kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and an airfryer. We missed having a table to sit and eat at, but this was well compensated for by the nice outside space with table, chairs and beautiful trees and bird chatter all around. Ruth and Harvey made us feel welcome and cared for and always responded to our questions promptly and friendly. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay - it is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to have a garden to enjoy and the view was incredible of the Norfolk broads. One of the best air b and b's we have ever stayed in. Very peaceful and relaxing with very friendly hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location. Private. Very quiet (triple-glazed windows). Hosts left a very generous basket of food complete with rolls, butter, tea biscuits, grapes, bananas, pears and crisps. Ended up taking two walks the hosts had printed out in their welcome binder; so their suggestions greatly aided and shaped my stay. Parking was safe, off street and always available. Hope to return!
