Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Breckland District

This was our second stay and we had a very nice relaxing time again, greeted on arrival with delicious tea and cake and made to feel very welcome. We had a fantastic meal on the first night cooked by the very talented Louise and a beautiful cooked breakfast each morning, highly recommend place to stay and hopefully we will come again.

Every year we come and stay near Halesworth to visit family. We must have tried 8 different B&B’s but finally we have found one we love. Hall Farm is the most idyllic place to stay - beautiful house and gardens and very friendly and helpful hosts - and a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and eggs from their chickens. We will be back next year!

Susan was a warm and welcoming host with a lovely house and very cute puppy. Although the accommodation is shared I had a private room that contained thoughtful amenities such as hot drinks, a small fridge and biscuits.

Lovely and unique property. Good location for exploring this part of Norfolk. Great host and good value.

I enjoyed my last minute stay. Sian is very helpful and communicative. Even though I had some issues unable to check in a bit late, Sian was beyond helpful in making sure I'm in and comfortable.

Absolutely stunning place , 'Pop ' the land lady was attentive, polite and super responsive. This is the place you go back to over and over again .

Lovely place to stay. Would recommend highly. Judy was helpful, friendly, always chatted with us. Would stay here again. Her attention to detail- cooked my fiance’s extra long, the little touches in the room- teas, biscuits etc. This all made for a great stay.

Perfect location for our visit to The Spa Pavilion to see a show. Both Jo & Christian very welcoming & helpful. Accommodation was fantastic, spotless & provided everything we needed for our stay. A lovely warm welcome and very comfy bed awaits you. Despite a car not being available to collect from the booked time at Avis Stansted which impacted on our arrival significantly, (beware!), Kitty was adaptable and understanding. A great spot to use for exploring all the joys of NE Suffolk and SE Norfolk. We have already re booked! Say no more…

Fiona’s place was honestly a home away from home. I was going through a difficult time when I stayed there because I was visiting a loved one in the hospital nearby. Fiona was super welcoming & when she found out the reason for my visit, she offered me a cup of tea & sat with me for a bit - I felt like I was visiting a family friend rather than staying in a bnb. Her dog, Gilbert, was also incredibly cute & fluffy. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic AirBnB - clean and just as listed. Lovely and quiet in a beautiful garden setting.

Spotless and beautifully presented accommodation. Bathroom very clean and a great powerful shower. Breakfast items including milk and butter provided which was a lovely touch. Parking spot right outside the door which made it easy to move in and out.

Very simple and straight forward. Scenic 20min walk to the city centre or less on public transport.

Eden and Kui are generous hosts, sharing their home and time to ensure our stay was comfortable. The newly renovated ensuite bathroom and comfortable beds were appreciated, although there was limited space to manoeuvre around our large suitcases. Despite a wide selection of restaurants, we preferred preparing our meals in their kitchen—thanks. Also a big thanks for sharing your thoughts on so many topics; we enjoyed our conversations immensely.

Tracy provided such a great place to stay. The room and ensuite bathroom have everything you need. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good wifi. It’s a really peaceful space. The garden is stunningly beautiful. Easy parking for my hire car. Grocery shop and chemist very close by. The angel across the road has breakfast, but Tracy provided cereal choices and juice if I wanted it, which really came in handy. There are nearby places great for dinner also. Tracy Ann is really lovely. Leaves you to your own devices when you’re staying, unless you need her. She is super helpful if you need anything. I stayed during summer and the room doesn’t get too hot at all. The fan was plenty. There is good heating as well. Definitely recommend staying!!!!!!

Booked with Nicky for a stay over New Year as The Oak Den was located close to my parents home. I was met my Nicky as I arrived, she was so friendly and immediately showed me around the facilities. She had left some lovely Christmas cake on the side and left some essentials in the fridge which was really appreciated. The Oak Den was perfect, warm, quiet and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Anna was very helpful from the moment the stay was booked, sending me messages advising on the parking, and a map of where the property was located to assist with finding it. Dining room laid for breakfast each morning with selection of cereal, granola and yogurt. Extremely responsive to any messages, and even sat down stairs with her and had a nice chat one evening after work. And like others mentioned, came home from work to a lovely home baked cake. Would recommend this place to my own friends and family

Beautiful area, beautiful house, beautiful room, beautiful lady. Wendy really couldn’t do enough. From the get go she was comfortable to get on with and friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so at home with Frank the dog watching over me the whole time! ‘Make yourself at home’ she said. I did and it felt like home in more ways than one. Fabulously decorated throughout, tastefully planned, easy parking, I would definitely stay again. Thank you Wendy xx

Struck Airbnb gold here. Neil and Beverley are very welcoming hosts and went out of their way to help me when I first arrived. Neil even collected my luggage for me. The room is large and the super king bed is one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. I love all the little touches in the room. The bathroom is big with option for shower or a longer soak in the bath. The sun deck would’ve been great if the sun has been shining while I stayed. Highly recommended. I’ll be back and for longer next time.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

Loved the place and Gary was a lovely friendly host. Breakfast was lovely too. The chocolates are too beautiful, I haven't yet been able to eat mine for this reason. Penny loved hers though. Thank you Gary.

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend staying here more. Its such a lovely place. Lovely area- lots of places to visit nearby. Unfortunately the Yurt was closed but Priscilla recommended the Westleton crown down the road (<5 min drive). Its very good value for money. Priscilla made our stay lovely and was very flexible. She put out a lovely breakfast included in the price. Its such great value. I cant think of any flaws. Thanks Priscilla!
