Monthly Rentals in Baton Rouge

Loved my stay here! This was a great designed space that had everything. A very comfortable bed, great bathroom and kitchen fully stocked for cooking needs. WiFi is strong (worked remote one day and had no latency in pulling lots of data and video calls simultaneously). This is a short 10-15 min walk to the downtown area/river for all the sites and eats. Was also in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and very helpful, highly recommend.

Perfect location for our needs! The amount of space inside the guest house was enough for us as a couple. We appreciated the granite countertops, soft close cabinets, and easy slide drawers. There is a nice sized soaking tub with a shower. The bed is comfy and new. Tv is a nice size. Communication with the host was prompt and polite. They even provided a blender for us to use during our stay when we asked if one was available. We previously lived in BR and know the area very well. This is a safe neighborhood, it's close to everything, and it's quiet. There are many places to walk, including the Perkins Road Community Park around the corner. Quickly hop on either interstate from Essen Ln. Grab a bite at nearby restaurants or grocery shop off Perkins. This is a very nice Airbnb for the price and one of the better stays we have experienced. We will return! Thanks so much, Nick and Elizabeth!
