Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Baton Rouge

Quiet neighborhood but close to the highway that you could be anywhere you’d want to be in just a couple of minutes. We throughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. The house and description were as advertised. Thank you to the host for opening your home. We truly had a relaxing and great vacation!

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

This was my second stay at this home while visiting my daughter at LSU. Quiet, nice neighborhood within a short distance to restaurants and stores. The pool was heated and a fun added bonus. Would definitely recommend Tyler’s place.

We had a great stay! The host communicated clearly and promptly, making everything easy from start to finish. The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and full of character—a stunning Tudor style with lots of unique interior touches. The quaint back garden was a lovely bonus. Relocation for work is what brought me to Baton Rouge. I wanted a safe, clean and centrally located place to stay, before securing a permanent resident. While searching for an extended air bnb, Babette's location continuously popped up. Taking this as a sign, i reached out to her to inform her of my reason for staying at her location. She was responsive and open. My entire stay was exactly what i needed. Safe, clean, organized, perfectly appointed and super close to the highways and major roads, shops and businesses. If any friends or family come to visit, Babette will be the first choice for stays..

Beautifully decorated large old home with lots of room close to a lot of things to do like restaurants and shops. Would stay there again loved it.

Kelsey’s place was a great location for our stay. Close to everything and nice neighborhood. We loved the outdoor space and would stay here again.

We had a great time at the cottage. Recommend-for sure. I would advise publishing the list of rules and regs before bookings. Had a bit of scare when read them day before arrival- my SIL is highly allergic to cats. At time saw the list-“that advises renters that customers should know they need to be allergen free” - was too late to cancel. FORTUNATELY we had no problems at all. House seemed to be free of any cat hair. But scary at first. Had issue with no pots in kitchen- skillets, but no pots and broken microwave- but Collins was very quick to rectify - bought both that day. and we appreciated! Our stay was in cold weather of February- so couldn’t enjoy the wonderful outdoor hot tub. But was great to have the heated enclosed 4th room with windows all around. We were at a family wedding. Spent much of our time out in Baton Rouge. But loved the homey cottage vibe. Beds were very nice, comfortable, and warm. Would recommend for future stays.

Our stay was amazing- Jordan was very responsive and helpful. Loved all the plants and how unique the house was. Bathtub in master was a nice bonus as well as the patio areas. We really enjoyed the Perkins district that was recommended by Jordan. We would definitely go back.

Hope's place was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. It worked really well for my business trip. The place was clean and cozy. The complex is gated and secured. Parking was easy in the parking garage. I would recommend Hope's place for a solo business traveler or a couple traveling through Baton Rouge.

Great location! It was a quiet neighborhood and much better than a bustling hotel! Beautiful spring flowers to see! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy walks along the neighborhood. One recommendation, check the temp settings before bed. It was set to heat on the first night and we woke up roasting! Not the owners issue…I should have checked before heading to bed!

Kellie’s home was perfect. It was exactly what me and my family needed after two colleges tours which ended with a night of much needed relaxation and rest. Everything that was needed and more was available in the home. Thank you Kellie! If we choose a school in Baton Rouge..we will be looking to book this home again!

Great place to stay. The place is very spacious. As others have noted, the master bathroom is quite small - but the other bathroom and the kitchen, dining room and living room and quite spacious. Highly recommend this place! Only things to note: 1) there is a building across from the master bedroom that had a flood light on all night (not something in the host’s control!), which kept the bedroom slightly illuminated all night because there weren’t black out curtains at the time of my stay, and the curtains in the room do let some light in. I did use an eye mask, but something to be aware of.

Such a simple process from start to finish. With a host of issues starting with delays at the airport coming in, I needed a seamless check-in and I got exactly that. Everything from neighborhood, to the cute and private cottage feel of the mid-century home made this quick stop worth every penny!

Loved this place, great neighborhood had everything you needed. Only had 1 complaint and that was I requested an early check in for 1pm, the host accepted it so I thought everything was fine. I made it there to check in around 1:50pm and host told me that it would not be ready until 4pm. So I had to wait around for 2 hours until 4pm after a 4 hour drive from Houston so that was a bit inconvenient. I won’t take away a rating for this because I went ran a few errands and was able to burn time. Would definitely book again though if I’m in the area.
