this place was so close to every place that we visited. everything was very clean and very cutesy. she had every amenity that we needed and the instructions were very clear! will be coming back.

This house was comfy, clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything needed for a home away from home. The area is clean and quiet. The shopping is no further than 10min for any last minute necessities. Along with a good selection of restaurants as well. It is on one floor with no stairs and the parking is perfectly positioned right in front of the door so super easy to load and unload bags n suitcases. Highly recommend!!!

Great location to Raising Canes event center. We were there for Open championships and didn't need to drive as it is just about kitty corner to the East Garage. off street parking was easy to find and convenient. Walkable to downtown bars and restaurants.

I absolutely loved this place. The neighborhood is really quiet and relaxing. The space is a studio but is really open and spacious. Would highly recommend !

Place was very clean and great location. The correct building an apartment is a little tricky to find at first but make sure your following instructions. The only instruction that wasn’t accurate was there wasn’t an additional stairwell code as mentioned during our stay but we figured it out. The stay was comfortable and I would definitely try and stay here again due to the proximity to LSU. We were there to visit our son who is a student there and it was absolutely perfect.

Cost friendly but nice and clean. Xavier was very accommodating.

Overall the experience was great. I was staying at his place for a music event happening at LSU’s school of music and it was only about a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and even a cvs near by to get medication if you have severe allergies from the pollen like I did. I was very happy and would rent here again.

We had an amazing stay. Mr. Beau and Mrs. Melissa were the best host we’ve ever had. They are super understanding and flexible. They made you feel right at home. Very professional and clean. Definitely stay at this air bnb. You will not regret it!!! Again thank you too the host we had an amazing experience & will definitely be back!!!!

Nicole's place was great! Close and very walkable to LSU. It was the perfect weekend getaway. I was also able to get a lot of work done on my laptop when I wasn't out. Like the description says, you are on the bottom floor of an apartment complex. I had no issues and would definitely stay again.

Really cozy place and the vibes are immaculate. It even has a record player and records, mixing set for cocktails etc. Comfy bed and good sleep in a great neighbourhood.

Wonderful place to stay. It is in perfect walking distance to a few bars and lots of restaurants in the area.

Myra was very responsive and your home was such an incredible location. Easy to walk to great restaurants, the college and Tiger stadium. Would definitely stay again!

I had an amazing stay. This is my second time booking with the host Torin and I must say he is a Super Host indeed. The amenities he provides allows for a real home away from home feel. Check in was a breeze and the place was just as described. Definitely will be staying again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was just what we needed. Lathan was on top of everything we might have needed! The neighbors were friendly and we were close to all the places we needed to go.

As the location is in the middle of student apartments and near the Tigerland bars, I was anxious about the condition and cleanliness. But I was amazed how nice this studio is. it seems that James has renovated the entire building and it really shines. The place feels brand new and was spotless clean. Also appreciated was his responsiveness to my questions. we stayed on a cold weekend and had some troubles with the heat but he sent a maintenance person immediately. I will most likely request to stay here again, given the value and proximity to LSU.
