Gorgeous property, bigger than we expected. Lovely furnishings & the most comfortable bed!! Fiona was very responsive in replies and our late check wasn't a problem at all. Weather was awful so didnt walk so unsure of distance but uber was only 7mins ride into Central Bath. Located in a lovely artisan village with quirky shops and cafés.Would definitely stay again

Really beautiful airy space, lovely little kitchen, beautiful shower room and bedroom. Hannah was always very polite and helpful via message. You can hear the main road even with all windows and skylights shut but I wouldnt mark it down for that, as it didn't bother us, we've lived on main roads before, but if you're noise sensitive, I would suggest earplugs for bed as the Lorries drive all hours. The bed could be a bit comfier but the pillows, duvet and sofa was perfect and comfy and linens are clean and nice. Has all you need and had a really cosy stay. Very close to Bath and easy to get around, it was slightly difficult to find but Hannahs description was what helped us find it. It felt like a Modern Country home which is a change from the very old places available in Bath. And for all the Hermits, great TV in living room and bedroom and wifi was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Lovely stylish decor and relaxing colours. Well chosen mix of furniture and beautifully arranged. Someone has given this some thought and it shows!

This is a lovely place and Sarah is very helpful. No one would be disappointed with the place, a little bit of perfection.
