A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Bath. A home from home. A big thank you to our hosts who were both thoughtful and helpful. The check in and check out times were very flexible. All of our party thought it was an excellent place and we hope to visit again .

Very happy with stay. Close to where we needed to go. Spacious, peaceful , great kitchen. Everything we needed was in the kitchen . Thankful for the milk, tea and coffee on arrival.

We had a lovely stay! The place is beautifully presented and the garden is absolutely gorgeous — such a peaceful spot. It was the perfect base for visiting family nearby. We hadn’t realised there wasn’t a TV, so next time we’ll bring an iPad for a quiet evening in. The only small suggestion would be to offer a lighter duvet option, as we found the current ones a bit too warm and didn’t sleep too well the first night. Thankfully, we found a soft blanket which helped on the second. Overall though, a really lovely place and we’d happily return.

The house was spacious with ample downstairs living areas and a large fully fitted kitchen. The two sets of double doors opening onto the beautiful terrace were a favourite feature and the views across the rolling hills towards Bath were a wonderful sight. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. Andrew was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. He responded quickly to messages and was able to give us a recommendation for a great Indian takeaway, as well as the numbers of local taxi firms. The village of Lower Swainswick is within walking distance if you're relatively fit (it's hilly!) and there you will find a Co-Op, a butchers, a couple of pubs and a few other shops. For us, visits into Bath were by taxi or car and took about 10 minutes. Thank you to Andrew and Emily, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very at home.

We had a lovely stay at Jon's place over the long Easter weekend. We went for a short walk locally on our arrival date and explored Bristol town center the following day. Jon was a responsive host and helpful in suggesting a walking route bearing in mind that our oldest son has an offer from Bristol University and was keen to explore student hotspots. We also ventured a little further afield on Sunday and went for a lovely countryside walk at Cheddar Gorge. Would recommend. Jon's place is homely and clean with everything you might need to be comfortable during your stay.

What a lovely place Sally & Andrew have created. They've renovated the whole place and it's like a brand new house inside, but with lots of character outside. It's also exceptionally well equipped throughout, they've thought of everything! There's a great little high street within a couple minutes walk and we tried the Indian restaurant that was recommended - well worth it (bring your own beer!). Also, Bath city centre is only 20 minutes walk away. Great location and great communication. Thanks!

What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

We rented all 3 apartments for my husband’s 50th birthday and Mother’s Day celebrations. We had a lovely time and the spa and swimming pool really made it special especially for my 6 year old who enjoyed lots of swimming. Eleanor and Wayne were very friendly and helpful and were available if we had any issues or questions. It’s a perfect break for a large group who want their individual space at times. Lots to do locally and some lovely places to go for walks or eat. Thanks very much Eleanor and Wayne.

Went away for Easter weekend with my partner and doggo! Gemma and family greeted us on arrival showed us around and left us be 🙂 they were always close if we needed anything! The place was so lovely and clean like a home away from home! Hot tub was lovely 🥰

We had a perfect Easter weekend stay! Jacqui was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. The 2-bed accommodation was lovely: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a beautiful pool. It was also very dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring nearby Bath, Bristol, Wells, and Glastonbury. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family getaway playing board games and using the swimming pool. Felt like it was our own home for the weekend

Tamsins home was pristine well thought out and everything was quality there are so many thoughtful touches around the kitchen and around the house and the log burner was glorious Tamsin was so accommodating and helpful if there were any questions. She offered myself and my friend a longer stay at a really good price I will definitely be back in the future. It was a blessing Thankyou

Carole is a super superhost. 125 is so much larger than we expected, comfy beds, powerful shower, more than fully equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful and all the extra thoughtfull touches, very much appreciated and made our stay even better than we expected. Ben is an amazing host - responsive and gave good recommendations for the local area. The property is situated in a stunning, quaint town but is close enough to make trips to both Bristol and Bath. The property itself is gorgeous and exactly how described. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and family 😊

Exquisitely beautiful, both house and location. The views were stunning and luckily we had brilliant weather too. The house was immaculate when we got there, and our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. All the facilities were in perfect condition and there were plenty of activities to do in the house. We came here to celebrate my birthday, and it’s safe to say it was the best birthday I’ve ever had. I was looking for an escape from the city and this was exactly it, nothing rowdy, just full of great food, drinks and late night laughter. I’ll definitely be back! I booked Sharon’s place for my fiancés birthday & it was lovely! Such a peaceful space to relax in, beautiful surroundings & spacious too! I asked Sharon about birthday decorations and she was more than happy to help, she left out balloons, banners & left some goodies for us too! Lovely weekend in Bath! Dan & Katie's garden flat in prime location, quick and easy access to centre of Bath and local amenities. I will certainly recommend to my friends and will be back again soon!

Tess has created a truly beautiful space, and she is the perfect host—friendly, helpful, and wonderfully communicative. The studio is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage for clothes, accessories, and shopping, making it feel spacious and uncluttered. The well-equipped kitchen made home-cooked meals effortless, and the little extras—tea, coffee, milk, and orange juice—were a lovely touch. Having a dedicated parking spot right outside added even more convenience. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed our time at Belinda's place. The bungalow was cozy and relaxing. There were good restaurants and shopping nearby. While there, we visited the Cotswolds, Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral along with other beautiful drives around the area. We also took a tour at the T.G. Green Cornishware factory where they make the striped iconic kitchenware. It was amazing to see what they are able to do with such a small factory and a pool of talented workers. You can purchase product when you visit and ship it home even internationally. As you can see the location is very well situated when touring North Somerset and Southwest England. We would come back for a another visit.
