Carole is a super superhost. 125 is so much larger than we expected, comfy beds, powerful shower, more than fully equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful and all the extra thoughtfull touches, very much appreciated and made our stay even better than we expected. Great little place with everything you need. Walking distance to everything within bath. Comfortable (but small) bed, and a great shower. if visiting again I would return for sure.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to bath. Short walk into town. Ideal if you’re bringing the car too! Place was so lovely and has everything you need.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Geoffrey's place was a beautiful apartment with stunning views, especially the sunset. amazing to relax at the end of the day on the balcony. Top tier! Geoffrey was great and super helpful. He left breakfast and everything we could possibly need to cook and make ourselves at home. Would 100% recommend and if the time came would definitely stay again. Thanks heaps!

This apartment is in an ideal location in Bath - just far away enough to be in a peaceful nice neighbourhood- but close enough to walk to centre of Bath. Also 1 minute walk from restaurants and a supermarket. It also has a drive where you can park and leave the car which is also ideal. The apartment is clean and well presented though in an old building. There was some noise from neighbours upstairs although only because they have 2 small children running around and we only heard this in the early evening. slept great and no problems with noise at night at all. we also met the neighbours who seemed very nice. Kitchen had plenty amenities and we cooked there 2 nights. All very comfortable and convenient. we thought this place was really good value for money and would highly recommend!

We had the perfect stay at Louise' place, the location couldn't have been better and Louise was a great host.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at 22 Royal Crescent, we felt very privileged to stay in such a historical area. It was so easy to walk to local landmarks & restaurants. The apartment was clean & airy and we had everything we needed at hand. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place for a couple or single person to explore Bath from. You really feel like a local. The finishing have been done to a high standard and it really feels like things have been thought through for the guests experience. We’d absolutely come back here when staying in Bath again.

We stayed for 2 nights as a group of 6 and the house looked very nice, just like the pictures! The house was fully equipped with more amenities than expected. The entrance was easy to find with clear instructions. The host was responsive and very helpful whenever we had questions. Note that there were several flights of stairs to climb with no lift so please come prepared! We would definitely stay again if we came as part of a group!

My partner booked this lovely little spot for my birthday. It was a great location, just a short walk to the town but far enough for it to be nice and quiet in the evenings. Very clean and some nice touches, the bath was a great addition to relax after a day of exploring the local sights!

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

I absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's property, it was beautifully decorated, with a lovely large kitchen and living room. Everything was helpfully labelled so we easily found everything we needed and the little extras in the fridge were a lovely surprise! The garden was beautiful with little surprises around every corner! we loved the hot tub and changing room and it was so private, completely unseen from any neighbours. A fabulous place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. On my next visit to Bath, this will be my first choice of places to stay. Thank you Charlotte, we had a fabulous weekend 😊

Fabulous location, stylishly decorated and fuss free check in. Easy walking distance to all attractions yet really peaceful. The hot tub was a bonus and the courtyard garden was lovely and quiet. We didn’t have any need to contact the host as the property had everything we wanted and the information was really clear. Would highly recommend!

Spot on location, added bonus with parking spot that Jessica so kindly let us have before check in. Gorgeous little Annex with everything you need, Including a little refrigerated treat. Most comfortable bed I've slept in in years and the jacuzzi bath was top notch. Ideal Base for a city break, will deffo book again.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful place. Tony and Rosemary provided everything we needed for a long weekend relaxing stay. Their communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer questions. I loved having a hot tub, which made the value great. The area was very peaceful and private, and in easy driving distance of lots of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
