Very beautiful as shown in the pictures. The see facing view was perfect. Very peaceful place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo and amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. A lot of useful info was provided by our hosts and they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a private and relaxing beach vacation.

Great area within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful views of marina. Paradise Village can get alittle loud but it was the holidays.

We loved this place. The view is breathtaking. There are a variety of restaurants close, taxi and bus stand . We took the water taxi to go to the other side of the marina and Vallarta Adventure.

We loved staying at Maria’s condo in La Cruz for our Christmas family holiday. The location was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking and we walked everywhere along the beach. The unit itself was exactly as the photos showed and very well kept. Maria was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided us with information about the area before and during our stay. We would 100% stay here again!

Everything about the stay was great, the apartment and complex were amazing and had a ton of amenities. Check-in was very smooth and the host was very nice.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful place, nice and clean. All as expected. Wish the instructions would have reminded us to bring in drinking water and toilet paper. In addition we did have an extra person, which we let you know was coming and no blanket was provided. Our barista was a gem, and the access to the pool was wonderful, thank you for the beach towel supply.

We had an exceptional stay in Le Maritima. Adolfo is a great host who responds within half an hour to each of our messages. He is very understanding and seeks to satisfy us as best he can. The residence is on the beach and its roof top is paradise with its two swimming pools , its huge jacuzzi ,its bar and its gym. There are also two swimming pools downstairs from the building ten meters from the beach with sun loungers and beds . The staff at the reception is very knowledgeable and very smiling . The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay with a gigantic terrace where you can enjoy your meals while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden and the sea in the distance. In short, we will definitely return to this apartment for our next vacation

The location was perfect—being so close to the pools made it feel like our own private oasis. Just steps from our door, we could take a refreshing dip or relax by the water. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in paradise!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

It is a very safe area, ideal for the protection of the family. It has two access filters: one at the entrance of the residential area and another upon reaching the private one where the house is located. It is important to have a car as the property is somewhat away from shopping centers and beaches. The house is just as shown in the pictures, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Also, the host was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better.
