Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bahía de Banderas

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

The house is very clean, as shown in the photographs. Not receiving a person did not deliver the house, he even left us his phone in case we needed anything. The house is very nice, located close to the Restaurant, hotels, beaches and the same downtown Vallarta The bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and very spacious. I definitely highly recommend the place.

We loved staying at Homero’s home. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well stocked with nice linens. The location is perfect… Just outside of the main part of town which can be very noisy at night but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Homero was very kind and responsive and even helped us secure a golf cart. The pool is lovely as well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as the pictures were but ended up even better than expected. Hosts were amazing and didn’t really see them.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We really appreciated our stay in this appartment. The outdoor kitchen and patio was very lovely and calm, perfect to read and cook with a charming view and the sound of the wildlife around us (lots of birds and salamander), with the possibility of being under the sun but also under the shade. Pretty peacefull but also close from the busy area enough so that its easy to go (10 min walk). There is a lot of privacy. No need to go far for food, there is convenience and fruits store on the nearest street. Honestly the best place to stay i experienced in my mexico trip, I would 100% go back if i came back to sayulita. We really appreciated the presence of Juan and Cristian who were always there when we needed and gave us good directions/advice for beaches, hikes and food, and were very nice and helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

This was a great place to stay in Sayulita, within walking distance to everything. The all questions were answered quickly and Juan was helpful throughout our stay.

Great apartment super close to fun restaurants and the Bucerias beach! The host was friendly and helpful.

Perfectly situated just outside the hum of town, this little house is an ideal retreat after a short walk to the beach or spending hours enjoying all that San Pancho offers. The kitchen provides just enough to make cooking meals possible after a stop at a nearby store for the essentials. The bed is medium-firm and comfortable - I have a bad back and had no issues after 2 weeks. The patio is enchanting, with privacy, dappled light, and lots of plants. Spending cooler evenings out there is an easy routine to acquire. The palapa rooftop is another fabulous space to relax in with amazing views. We loved everything about this place, especially being far enough away from the noisy late night music, which we’ve suffered when closer to the beach, but do bring ear plugs because the adorable free-roaming roosters love to sing (all over town!)

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Great place, great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s condo! Couldn’t be located any better, steps away from the pool & hot tub and 1 minute walk to the beach with great bars/restaurants. Extremely safe and secure, gated complex with friendly staff. Would book again with Sara! We loved Punta Mita :)

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!
