Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bahía de Banderas

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

We loved staying at Homero’s home. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well stocked with nice linens. The location is perfect… Just outside of the main part of town which can be very noisy at night but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Homero was very kind and responsive and even helped us secure a golf cart. The pool is lovely as well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Combination of gorgeous accommodation with thoughtful layout and fully stocked with all we needed, spacious, and close proximity walking to the main square. It was quiet at night and peaceful in the mornings. Perhaps what stood out the most about the place was how incredibly accommodating Nikolai and Karolina were during and before we arrived. They provided us with tons of recommendations, beach chairs and umbrellas for the week, and cleaning of the place during our stay. We felt so at home and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back! This place was nicer than the photos! The place was quiet and peaceful, and yet somehow also super central. We also found it be to very spacious and clean, with many extra small touches (like the water dispenser dispensing very cold water, lots of extra pillows and bedding, very comfortable beds). We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 small kids (3 and 4), and had a great time. The kids spent endless hours in the heated pool (seemed larger than we expected based on the photos) while mom and dad watched them and birds in the bush behind the property from the patio. An iguana also walked by the pool on the wall one day! If you have little kids, the walk to the beach can seem long (adult speed it's maybe 5-10 minutes, with kids it could take us 20). Out final day we just hung out at the pool all day because trekking to the beach got tiring. Highly recommend staying here, it was so wonderful.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We really appreciated our stay in this appartment. The outdoor kitchen and patio was very lovely and calm, perfect to read and cook with a charming view and the sound of the wildlife around us (lots of birds and salamander), with the possibility of being under the sun but also under the shade. Pretty peacefull but also close from the busy area enough so that its easy to go (10 min walk). There is a lot of privacy. No need to go far for food, there is convenience and fruits store on the nearest street. Honestly the best place to stay i experienced in my mexico trip, I would 100% go back if i came back to sayulita. We really appreciated the presence of Juan and Cristian who were always there when we needed and gave us good directions/advice for beaches, hikes and food, and were very nice and helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

Very nice apartment in a very pretty complex. Everything as described! I would go back there for sure!

Excellent facilities according to value for money, true to description. Good communication and attention from your administrator Manuel always attentive to any details.

Excellent accommodation for 2 people. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We always felt very safe. The owner was very responsive to our questions, requests. Excellent rooftop patio with excellent bar-b-que - lots of room to sit and large table for eating. The only negative about the unit was the noise from the highway (which we got used to) and the restaurant across the street that played music until all hours of the morning. However, the bedroom was towards the back of the unit so the music did not disturb our sleep but earplugs would help if you’re a light sleeper. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there!

Perfectly situated just outside the hum of town, this little house is an ideal retreat after a short walk to the beach or spending hours enjoying all that San Pancho offers. The kitchen provides just enough to make cooking meals possible after a stop at a nearby store for the essentials. The bed is medium-firm and comfortable - I have a bad back and had no issues after 2 weeks. The patio is enchanting, with privacy, dappled light, and lots of plants. Spending cooler evenings out there is an easy routine to acquire. The palapa rooftop is another fabulous space to relax in with amazing views. We loved everything about this place, especially being far enough away from the noisy late night music, which we’ve suffered when closer to the beach, but do bring ear plugs because the adorable free-roaming roosters love to sing (all over town!)

We really enjoyed our time at Alvaro's home over Christmas week! The home is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach with an awesome surf break. Our boys loved their time surfing and playing in the pool. Having the W and the Veneros market right nearby was an extra benefit. The views are simply spectacular. The home is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. Flor (the housekeeper) keeps everything clean and lovely. We paid extra to have Flor cook us breakfast daily as well as a few dinners. Everything she made was beautiful, fresh and delicious. It was my son's birthday while we were there and she went the extra step of getting him a birthday cake and cooking him a special birthday dinner! If you are looking for a laid back vacation in a beautiful location, I cannot recommend this place enough!

We loved this place and area ,the condo was fantastic and Joanna was always very helpful with our needs ,the pool was fantastic and quiet ,I would have no hesitation to stay here again .

Our condo was beautiful. The check in process was very easy and Gisela's instructions were very clear. We appreciated the security guards that were always around. The pool and beach were well maintained, we had lunch at the pool restaurant and it was very good! The condo is about a mile from other restaurants but very walkable, there is a well lit path in front of the condo. We would definitely stay there again.

The place delivers what it promises. The spaces of both the apartment and the amenities make the stay very pleasant. The pool is ideal for improving the experience, with adequate temperature, view of the bay and access to the beach. All the necessary utensils to spend several days and towels in optimal condition. Coffee and restaurant complement the experience.

Great place, great location.

Sara’s apartment is all about the location: right next to Punta Mita’s best restaurants and right next to the swimming pool. During our stay Sara was very proactive in addressing our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This was our 2nd stay at Alexander's and we stayed for 10 days. Very comfortable and spacious! We love the Alamar resort in general - very safe and secure, well maintained, friendly people. Access to either private pools and gym in the resort, or can walk 15 minutes to the Beach Club. (The area is not really for people with mobility issues). We love the town of La Cruz - lots of great places to eat, the Marina, Oasis Spa (1700 pesos for 90 minute couples massage), Sunday Market etc. Huge balcony with great views of the bay - you're likely to see whales depending on the time of year.

The place is perfect, be amazed, will definitely be my first choice when I return to Puerto Vallarta
