We had a fantastic stay at Ana Laura’s place in San Pancho! The house was clean and thoughtfully equipped, with quality appliances, plenty of dishes, and lots of storage containers. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the ample storage for clothes, plus the added convenience of hampers in both bedrooms. The A/C worked perfectly, and there were plenty of bath and beach towels provided. I also love that we were provided with a lot of drinking water. The outdoor space was a highlight for us! The yard had comfortable furniture, a large dining table, and a coffee table, making it perfect for meals, games, and relaxing. San Pancho itself is a charming, lively town with great shops and restaurants near the beach, which was beautiful and pleasantly uncrowded. Ana Laura’s place is in a great location—close enough to the action but still quiet and peaceful. Ana Laura was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring any questions or issues were addressed quickly.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Christina’s place was absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend getting a golf cart to go into town because it’s a little bit of a walk but so worth it for the privacy and super close access to a small beautiful beach. Brenda the house care taker was so incredibly helpful as well.

This place was nicer than the photos! The place was quiet and peaceful, and yet somehow also super central. We also found it be to very spacious and clean, with many extra small touches (like the water dispenser dispensing very cold water, lots of extra pillows and bedding, very comfortable beds). We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 small kids (3 and 4), and had a great time. The kids spent endless hours in the heated pool (seemed larger than we expected based on the photos) while mom and dad watched them and birds in the bush behind the property from the patio. An iguana also walked by the pool on the wall one day! If you have little kids, the walk to the beach can seem long (adult speed it's maybe 5-10 minutes, with kids it could take us 20). Out final day we just hung out at the pool all day because trekking to the beach got tiring. Highly recommend staying here, it was so wonderful.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What a wonderful home for a wonderful first trip to San Pancho. Plenty of space for our family of four—made use of all the amenities and local recommendations! Brandi even messages us about a turtle release!! Local hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions. Incredible location to walk to all that San Pancho has to offer.

Casa Mango is up in the hills with beautiful Mountain views. The outdoor/indoor concept was so relaxing. So many outdoor spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy nature. I’m glad we rented a golf cart as the hills are steep. The house is equipped with everything and communication with Michele was quick and easy. Pool was amazing to relax by and swim. The only thing I wish I knew is that the three bedrooms are very separate. One room is downstairs in main house. The other two are outside, up the stairs and across an outdoor patio space. This is great for couples as stated but as an overprotective mother who likes to be in earshot of her children, it was an adjustment for us. I ended up not sleeping in one of the bedrooms and slept with my daughter. This is a personal issue for me and nothing against the layout. I just wish some reviews were more specific so we could have based our decision off that. But I would definitely recommend Casa Mango and come back and stay again! (When kids are older)

My friends and I spent a week at Las Hamacas and had such a great time! The Airbnb is very spacious, with lots of areas to hang out and relax. The location is PERFECT - right on the beach and minutes from restaurants, bars and shops, but far enough away that the villa was generally quiet. The restaurants and cafe across the street were delicious. The housekeeper came every day and did a great job. We can’t wait to come back to Sayulita and would absolutely stay at Las Hamacas again!

It was a pleasant and pleasant stay, the hospitality of both the Owner and the staff are very attentive and friendly , just a detail to improve , it would be to turn on the pool lights at sunset☺️, thank you very much for everything :)

Our host was very responsive, which kept everything rolling, and we had a great stay! Our children loved the layout which allowed two of them to have their own separate apartments with showers and fridges—cool. The kitchen was minimal, but eating out is so inexpensive. It was GLORIOUS to come home from escapades and fall into our own pool!! Highly enjoyable and simple means—if your palate is for luxury, this isn’t your town anyway. Lounge chairs, umbrella, soccer ball…everything’s a bit broken but also works. Fun, chill, easy…loved sitting at the outside bar in the evenings and chilling!

The property is beautiful! We rented all 3 casitas. Joan and Dave were so accommodating and very helpful with our transportation into town for a wedding. The casitas were all very clean, AC worked really well! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

We all thought that Rain's place was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the private pool and the roof top patio was also a big hit. It is located exactly as described and only a few short minutes from a beautiful beach and local shops. If returning to the area we would definitely happily rent again.

Amazing villa. Tons of space. We were a group of 6 but the villa can easily hold 10-12 if sharing beds. Description was accurate. Pool was immaculate and villa is very close to town and beach. Bede was very responsive and quick. Overall we had excellent stay and would highly recommend!

My experience was great from the moment of booking. Jim was quick to respond and provided clear and detailed information for next steps and what to expect. I was received by Ale at the moment of arrival and she was amazing at explaining all the details of the property plus they were extremely welcoming and made us feel at ease. The property itself was beyond my expectations, they had everything you could need to have a great time in Vallarta and be comfortable, plus the pictures do not make justice to this beautiful property. I would 100% recommend this booking to anyone that wants to have a worry free vacation!

A great option for a large group coming to Vallarta. The location is great, especially if you have access to a car; the beach and golf clubs are only a few minutes drive. The house is spacious and well equipped, we enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the grill during our stay. I think the house could have been cleaner, we had to wash the sheets and clean the kitchen thoroughly when we arrived.

The house looked exactly like the pictures and was in a safe/quiet neighborhood. Sophia was great at communicating before, during, and after our stay. The home was also cozy and made us feel right at home. The only thing I didn’t like is that they keep your ID/DL at check in until you check out (not the hosts fault though). Overall, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first extended family vacation, a great success! We attribute this in part to our fantastic stay; the place is gorgeous, lots of areas to hangout together and wonderfully private rooms for everyone. The large kitchen and bbq area served us well, we did a lot of cooking. We often crowded around the "deck" table to eat, drink, and hangout. The many pool side chaise lounges were nice, wish it had been a bit sunnier and warmer. The bougainvillea (and all the plantings) made the place feel lush. We had fun watching the birds and trying to spot Iggy. Observing happenings from the street deck was always entertaining. The location is fantastic. We were far enough away from the highway as to not hear it, but close enough that walking to "downtown" was easy. We took lots of walks in the neighbourhood and beyond, so much to see. The fruit and veggie store at the end of the street was frequented at least once a day. The staff were friendly and so discreet. We loved Casa Alegria!

Our family had a great vacation here. Everything was very clean and organized. The host provided ample information to help us explore the area. The pool felt fantastic during the summer heat. The location of this house is very close to the beach and a short walk to anywhere you want to go in the area. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Absolutely beautiful home and stunning views! Very well maintained. The house is located just a 4 minute walk from the main part of town or a 1 minute golf cart ride, super accessible! The house is very clean, check in and check out introductions are clear! The place truly felt like a luxury hotel with the warming privacy feel of a home! Ana answered all my questions in a timely manner. Such an easy experience! My guest and I enjoyed our time, 10/10 recommend!

I am wishing Eduardo and his family blessing. He was very resposive to our bit chaotic arrival. The security on premises were top notch but friendly. The locals were so nice and friendly. Having access to all three pools was great. The air conditioner and fans were great to have. We found a local stand that we purchased 90% of our dinner from, as it was so economical and convenient. An oxxo is going in half a block away and that's awesome. But regardless there is tons of small convience stores within blocks. Downtown Las Juntas is so lovely and friendly. I ran or walked off compound everyday and never had any problems. There is a small karaoke bar within a 5 minute walk. Three doors away is a small gym by appointment and a bigger gym in the downtown core. Our townhouse was east and west facing but never too hot as there is great palm trees for shade. I don't know what else to say. Blessing to the Las Juntas community for prosperity and Eduardo and family.
