Marcos' lodging was amazing, it has a beautiful view that allows you to see the sea and the apartment is quite spacious. In addition, the attention he gave us was excellent, always attentive to our needs and available to help us.

Alan is a very good host, always attentive and very friendly. His apartment is very comfortable, well located and with amenities in excellent condition. They made us feel right at home and hope to come back again. Thanks to Alan and his son for their attention.

We had a great stay! I would stay here again. The place was very nice and near everything- shopping centers and eateries were just a few mins away of walking. A short drive - 15/20 mins to downtown - allowed us to visit some bars and clubs. The place has a large nice pool and you can go down to the beach with a key card (just had to put a deposit to get the gate key to go down to the beach. Return the key and get the deposit back). The place is very safe. There’s security guards to both go in the area and inside the building lobby. If I’m being nit-picky, I would say the instruction of where to meet to check in could be clearer but the communication was consistent so that helped. I’m glad I stayed here and would recommend.

This suite has a great location and views. We were five adults and there was enough space. The bedroom with the bunk beds has no windows, so is the most quiet and cool. The air con worked great and the kitchen is well appointed. We had trouble with one of the showers and a plumber was sent the next day. There are two pools which are lovely to hang out or a night swim. Easy to walk to restaurants or shops, there is an Oxxo on the corner and a meat store and veggie store about 10 minute walk near the town square. We had a small amount of drinking water supplied but for the most part bought our own jugs. The building seems quite secure and cared for.

Everything about the stay was great, the apartment and complex were amazing and had a ton of amenities. Check-in was very smooth and the host was very nice.

Dennis's place was super comfortable and nice. It is located in a prime area with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Dennis was a great host and was quick with responses when we had questions. Nuit, the property manager welcomed and guided us for a smooth start. The house provides breathtaking and picturesque sunset views. Highly recommend this place and Dennis!

We were looking for a place a little further away from the touristy area and this area delivered. While the area is under construction and seems a little sketchy when you first arrive once you get there the staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. The building is clean and the views are beautiful. The beach is ok, not great for swimming and there is not much area to take long walks, but the pool is very nice right on the beach you get the sound of the beach and the ambiance. None of these things should count against Francisco or the accommodations he offers.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Excellent location right in front of the ocean!! The view is beautiful. The apartment has a great restaurant located on-site. Safe walking distance to grocery store as well. The only thing you need to be careful about is not losing the bracelet that gives you access to the common areas - the fee for losing that is US$129 as we unfortunately found out (we were warned about it at the start of our stay). I would recommend this for a family - great pools and common areas.

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first international trip with my infant as well and it was extremely accommodating. There was enough space for my entire family. Any and all issues were promptly resolved which I appreciate so much. If time allows us; we will be definitely booking our stay here again. Thank you to our host for the wonderful experience and lending their home to my family.
