Our family of three spent 8 nights at the condo, and it worked great for us. The bustling center of Bucerias is a two-minute walk away. Walking south on the street where the Tayau condo is located begins Bucerias' Zona Dorada (Gold Zone). This area is quieter than the town plaza area, but is filled with excellent restaurants, many of which are identified in the welcome information provided by the host. The Tayau is located right on the beach, as well. Can't imagine a better location. The apartment is clean, modern, very well maintained, and has many excellent amenities. The building is similarly very well maintained with good amenities. The condo building staff is friendly, helpful, and works hard to keep up the pool and recreation areas (excellent health club). Overall, a great choice.

Marcos' lodging was amazing, it has a beautiful view that allows you to see the sea and the apartment is quite spacious. In addition, the attention he gave us was excellent, always attentive to our needs and available to help us.

Great area within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful views of marina. Paradise Village can get alittle loud but it was the holidays.

We have been coming to PV for years and always like to try different places to stay. This unit was bright, clean and perfect size for our family of 5. We loved the pool area (food was great) and being right on the beach. The location was perfect for walking all around and close enough to downtown to go for dinner every night. Kari was very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend the Peninsula and this particular unit. We had a great week and will be back again!

The place was just what we were looking for for our special occasion. The PH is beautiful and very careful, just as it appears in the photographs. Special mention of the comfort of the beds and whites! 😊 The impeccable facilities of the place -from the rooftop bar-; the beach club very nice, the staff very attentive… Above all, we thank Sara, Brian and Elias for their attentions, they were always attentive to our messages and our questions. The only bad thing was having to go!

Beautiful location, super private but lots to do in the area as well. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. We loved our stay and the owner was extremely helpful and gave excellent instructions. Will definitely be back in the future!

Dennis's place was super comfortable and nice. It is located in a prime area with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Dennis was a great host and was quick with responses when we had questions. Nuit, the property manager welcomed and guided us for a smooth start. The house provides breathtaking and picturesque sunset views. Highly recommend this place and Dennis!

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Excellent location right in front of the ocean!! The view is beautiful. The apartment has a great restaurant located on-site. Safe walking distance to grocery store as well. The only thing you need to be careful about is not losing the bracelet that gives you access to the common areas - the fee for losing that is US$129 as we unfortunately found out (we were warned about it at the start of our stay). I would recommend this for a family - great pools and common areas.

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Bara's suite is exactly as shown and the building lives up to the amenities as described. Beautiful and comfortable living. The suite itself is contemporary and well suited to one person or a couple. The bed was super comfortable too! I enjoyed the pool daily and only had one day where all the loungers were fully occupied. I was there by 10:30am just as the sun rounds over the building and was the first one there. Other guests of Sunset Towers usually arrived 1-2 hours later. It was quiet and has an impressive view over the 5 Dicembre neighbourhood. It is close to local shops and restaurants, but a 30 min walk to the Zona Romantica. The 5 is much quieter and was the reason why I chose to be here to avoid the late night bar scene noise. Ubers are easily had but preferred to walk and enjoy the surroundings. Jesus, his property manager was amazing and responsive to my questions or needs. The concierge was always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend Bara's place!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

The condo was lovely, fit 7 adults very comfortably with room for more. We had an amazing time, enjoyed the pool and nearby restaurants/beaches. The security getting in and out of the residences was nice and made you feel safe. The only thing I would say that could be better was if there was more information about taxis/local recommendations when you first check in, like an binder full of that kind of information available to refer to. I found having a car was a necessity as there isn’t much of anything besides the pool and clubhouse in walking distance.
