Monthly Rentals in Ave Maria

We wanted to stay longer but the home was already booked beyond our stay, and I know why! Beautiful and clean home, pristine neighborhood and setting, excellent location. We stayed here over the Christmas holidays, and felt very much at home. Perfect for us and our visiting family and friends. The couch is incredibly comfortable and cozy! Both of our adult children sunk into it and settled right in. Loved looking at the lake behind the house and watching the water birds. Lovely neighborhood for walking our dog. We didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to booking our next stay. Both Dave and Kailyn were so friendly and perfectly responsive. Love the Ave Maria community and The National neighborhood. So much so that we visited the model homes to consider purchasing our own home here! Thank you!

We stayed at Bear Necessities for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment is neat, private, tidy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Charlotte and Ivan had prepared coffee capsules and even snacks for our arrival! The outside area is nice as well with a big table, bbq, and fire pit. The yard is surrounded by little forested patches. Charlotte and Ivan were extremely accommodating, making sure we got into the apartment alright and answering any questions we had. We’re pretty lucky to have found this gem and we will certainly stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thanks for everything!

Marcela and Alex, thank you for your hospitality, we didn't need to see each other to feel at home, you are excellent hosts. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, clean, well equipped, clear and everything works like a "little clock". In the tranquility of the place I was able to work from home and at the same time enjoy the outdoors, the gym and the pool among other amenities. I will always choose them to visit Ave Maria!

David's home was absolutely perfect for our family visiting our child at Ave Maria University. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! Felt safe with lots to do with the pool table and dart board and golf cart! Very responsive with any questions we had! Will definitely rent again!!
