Very peaceful location! Walkable to beach. Great host! Would come to this house again or another one of the host's properties.

We throughly enjoyed staying with Craig. The apartment was exactly what our family needed. Craig was very helpful in seeing that our was enjoyable.We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The hosts thought of every detail. We flew to Englewood so it was a plus to have umbrella and chairs for the beach. Would love to stay there again!

Deborah is the most gracious host. The home is spotless. She has many games, karaoke, a lovely fenced in back yard and a putting green. She has every appliance you would ever want. There are many restaurants and shopping centers close by. We've stayed there for years. We're going home today and already have next spring vacation reserved. Now to work on a fall vacation/visit.

This place is a great find! It was close to where we wanted to be and it was very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was easy. We definitely recommend staying here. Staying here was perfect for my needs. Immaculately clean, very easy access, and responsive hosts. Extending my stay a day was simple. 20 mins to Sanibel Island beaches and activities. Lots of parks and natural spaces everywhere. Very close to grocery stores and other necessities. Overall a great experience!

Marvellous property in a beautiful location. Les is a superb host. It was lovely to be greeted personally rather than simply be given a door combination. This was a great stay with my girlfriend over the Memorial Day weekend. The host was very responsive and flexible with the check out time. We appreciate all of the recommendations Andy provided and had a great time exploring the area!

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

Literally we have rented many places over the years whether it be on Airbnb or VBRO etc. This by far was the most beautiful and clean place that we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and pristine. The view to the ocean and the sunset at night was spectacular. The beds were comfortable and it had the amenties that were necessary for our stay. We only wish that we could have stayed longer but we have put this on our list as a do again and hopefully will be able to get down to Florida from cold NH within the next year or so. Wonderful, spacious condo in a perfect location. We had the best week here with our family and 6-month-old son. The unit was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed for our little one. Will definitely return!

Josh is a great host and is very responsive to any questions I had. The unit was accurately described, very clean, and very well stocked to get you started for your stay. The unit has a beautiful view, the pool is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Linens and towels were well stocked. The washer and dryer was an added convenience. Highly recommend this property and unit. Josh is extremely easy to work with. He took care of every detail from the welcome water bottles in the refrigerator to the very detailed book that includes details on the unit and favorite restaurants in the area. The added bonus was the beautiful weather!

Loved our stay. Renee was AWESOME. Responded to every question within minutes. Suggestions for places to go and places to eat were spot on today the least. Centrally located with easy access to all Points of interest. Very quiet. Clean. Can’t say enough about Renee and her place. Will definitely be back.
