Beachfront vacation rentals in Atlantic Beach

Steven was an incredibly responsive, kind host and his property was simply fabulous. Although it was cold and windy at the beach, the property had great views of the ocean and was a short walking distance away from the beach. The house was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a little trouble with the elevator, but Steven was quick to respond and offer solutions. This house was perfect for our large family and allowed us to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this spot to anyone!

Craig saved the family vacation when we had issues with another location he is very responsive and informative. The house and property is just amazing. The new side yard activity area is great with the kids and adults enjoyed playing games and sitting by the propane fire pit. When the noseums came out the covered pool area took over for hang out. Kids hung out in the pool almost all day. Location is close to all the activities in st augustine and some great food options. The house is great and has plenty of space for a large family group to spread out and always have something to do and somewhere comfortable to relax.

John was fantastic - quick to reach and checked in with us if needed. Zero interaction during check-in which we loved. Just remote entry and the place is yours. The house is in a bungalow-beachy neighborhood with sandy paths that lead to the beach. It's not beachfront - but's it's a quick walk to the beach. The pool is excellent - we had issues with it being heated but again John was very receptive to fix our concerns. The place is spotless. Incredibly clean. The beds are 10/10. You can't get a grasp of the layout by the pictures but it;s a 3 story home - level one you have primary suite and private bathroom + laundry, level 2 is kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, level 3 is a loft with 2-3 beds up there great for kids - steep ladder to get up there though and it goes through one of the bedroom. Quite ideal for a family! Tons of toys and suncreen and pool noodles and laundry detergent. Neighbors are so friendly you and you will undoubtedly meet them on your walk to the beach!

My family and I stayed at this home and we loved it. It was peaceful, clean and a great location. Christopher was a great host. We would definitely come back to this home. 5 plus stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean. The layout of the house was great for the week our daughter and her family joined us having a separate bedroom downstairs. Our favorite thing about the house was the hot tub, pool and the backyard space. It was always warmer and the fenced in yard kept the wind out on the few days it was windy and colder.

The place is comfortable and clean. The back yard and all amenities were great!! The pool was great to have but I think a little pricey to heat.

What an amazing property! Location was everything we were hoping for. Perfect for adults and children. Very comfortable for our group size, bigs and littles enjoyed the property and the close proximity to the beach. Beach days, walks around the neighborhood, dog friendly, so much to do! Having the pool in our downtime and outdoor space was perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you again! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with appliances. Access to the beach was easy and very close. Views of ocean excellent. My family loved it, and we'd love to come back.

My family stayed here while attending a memorial/funeral, but we’d love to come back as a vacation rental. Holly was very considerate and kind about the reason for our trip. Her recommendations were helpful and as a beach rental especially this property shines. We loved it here

Lori’s adorable and well laid out home was in the best location! A quiet neighborhood great for walking but only 5 min from the attractions in historic downtown St Augustine. The best part was the beautiful public, dog friendly beach just 1 block away. We walked there every day, watched the sunrise, enjoyed the uncrowded pristine beach and on the other side of the neighborhood was a body of water facing west. We went to a local restaurant with outdoor seating and caught a spectacular sunset. With a grocery store just minutes away and a park with tennis, pickleball, dog park and a playground around the corner, we had everything we needed! Lori’s house has a lovely organized kitchen. Everything is labeled well and in working order. We would definitely return.

I liked how responsive Christopher was, one of our spaces was already occupied when I got there, and within 2 minutes of texting Christopher, the cart was moved. He had folded towels, extra blankets, and a kitchen you can actually cook in. This is a great place to stay if you're planning to come to the beaches.

Perfect and easy stay. Great balcony for morning coffee watching the sun rise! Love the location and walking access to so many things!

Stayed for 12 nights. Check-in and instructions were clear and simple. The place was fantastic and very clean. It was exactly like on pictures. The fenced backyard was perfect and location was great! I really enjoyed my stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view is great, unobstructed. It felt very private being on the upper level of the house. The lower units were occupied during our stay but it still felt private. Finishes are nice and updated, as pictured/described. The location is excellent and close to Vilano Beach “downtown” area as well as a short drive into St. Augustine. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cane Cottage is a next-level Airbnb...it's like staying in your friend's personal vacation getaway with luxury touches everywhere. Beautiful location right on the ocean, luxurious linens, towels and bath products, elevated design, and comfort without being cluttered. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and baths are well-stocked. The outdoor area is really special with lots of seating, a grill, and an outdoor firepit that we really enjoyed. Check-in was super easy and the owner is very, very responsive. Owner also gave us great local recommendations. The check-out requests are very reasonable. We will definitely be back to Cane Cottage! The house was perfect for our family, the view was spectacular, we loved that the beach was not crowded and communication with Florida Coast Beach was excellent.

The location is absolutely amazing!!! The view out the back is just stunning. We miss it already. Gorgeous sunrise can be seen from both kitchen & MBR. The outside back deck was great and spacious! It is only a few steps down from the deck to the beach and you can walk and stroll along the private beach in both directions. A lovely welcome basket was there for us upon our arrival which was much appreciated. It has a cozy cottage beach house feel. Exactly what we were hoping for in our winter getaway weekend there! A lot of local recommendations were given and Amy was extremely responsive and checked-in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

Beautiful house with lots of space and very open. We spent a ton of time on the balcony watching the ocean. Great location with plenty of privacy at the beach. Very convenient - 5 minutes from Vilano Beach (grocery and a couple restaurants) and about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Wander were great hosts and very responsive. The AC had an issue and they were quick respond to get someone out to take care of it. Their app had easy to follow instructions and good local recommendations.

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and walking distance to a town center with lots of restaurants and shops. The host was fantastic and communicated well throughout our stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the showers were a highlight – almost better than our ones at home! The kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and to make a few home cooked meals. The bed was comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place to others and stay here again!
