Great open floor plan. Pool is wonderful to have and very close to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Very well furnished and comfortable condo with ideal views of the ocean from the bedroom, living room and kitchen plus easy walkable access to just about everything you could possibly want. The host, Moore Amelia Island, was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out process very seamless. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Amelia Island!

Our stay was a perfect getaway. We were looking for a quiet, private, clean, and comfortable home with a modern design and spacious open layout - this house met all our expectations. It was exactly what we hoped for. The host was always responsive to any questions we had, and communication was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay!

This was a PERFECT house for our staff weekend get away! Great location, lots of beach toys, & comfortable house. Fully stocked with beach towels, kitchen accessories & everything you need. Awesome stay! Just as described in the pictures! The view is amazing and we even got to see dolphins playing in the waves from the balcony. The golf cart was an awesome bonus and my daughter loved carting around the property to get coffee in the morning and go to the many restaurants on property. Tons to do on property and the pool was never crowded. Highly recommend!

Always a joy to return to the beach. Noon’s place was a great location for so many of the things our family enjoys. We were able to dine, sharks tooth hunt at Mickler’s landing, go on a boat tour in at augie and play night frisbee on the beach with ease. Plenty of space to chill and relax too

The rental was beautiful and very well appointed. Glenn was very informative and gracious when I experienced difficulties. The rental was within very close proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Very quiet and serene getaway!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the daily walks to the beach, which was just a short distance away. The location was fantastic, and the home was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful house with lots of space and very open. We spent a ton of time on the balcony watching the ocean. Great location with plenty of privacy at the beach. Very convenient - 5 minutes from Vilano Beach (grocery and a couple restaurants) and about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Wander were great hosts and very responsive. The AC had an issue and they were quick respond to get someone out to take care of it. Their app had easy to follow instructions and good local recommendations.

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Christian was a great host. The home is very, very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach! Great communication. Will definitely look to stay at Christian’s property again.

The condo is perfect. The view is amazing and it’s quiet even when a full building. Laura was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

One of our favorite Airbnbs of all time! The front porch is a great spot for coffee, afternoon chats, and just enjoying the breeze. we loved opening the blinds for all the natural light. it's walkable to coffee shops & restaurants (try Brunch Haus!!) plus the beach is literally across the street. it was the perfect size for our family, pet-friendly, and has comfortable beds. When we had questions, responses came quickly. Our kids said they never want to stay anywhere else when we visit family in Jacksonville!

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location
