Atlantic Beach beach vacation rentals

We just returned from a very wonderful stay at Alexander’s beach house. The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The common area is in the middle between bedrooms and a bathroom on each side. This layout worked very well allowing for some privacy too. I can’t begin to express our excitement of being directly on the beach and so many shells! My husband and son both caught (and released) fish. All of us found shark’s teeth, too. We’d love to visit this relaxing retreat again. Thank you to our host for being so responsive also. Refrigerated drinks were even in the fridge for us on arrival. 👍🏻

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.

We loved staying at Jody’s Airbnb! From the amount of space, outdoor area, walkability to the beach, it made for a perfect getaway for our family. Thanks Jody ❤️

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host’s home was very clean and nice and looked just the photos posted. Having the items for the beach available for use as well as games was such a plus and made this stay stand out from the others I have booked in the past. I’m grateful I found and booked with Elizabeth Ann. It was a pleasure and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Our family was in town for a Wedding, we had additional family join us and we needed more space. The host was absolutely amazing, responded promptly and was able to make last minute accommodations due to our other rental unable to accommodate for our additional family members. We would definitely rent this space again and would recommend this house for others. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Coco‘s place was great for what we needed. She accommodated last minute and it was located in a nice suburban neighborhood near the main highway. easy to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc..

Terry was an amazing hostess. The house was clean and well stocked with things most AirBnBs don’t have. Her kitchen knives were actually sharp! There were plenty of towels for the bathroom. Everything was clean as well. The neighborhood was quiet. The street the house is on is not busy at all. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and a park. Beautiful backyard and front porch. Great places to sip your morning coffee. Our stay here was lovely, and Terry was great!

Stayed in St. Augustine for our daughter’s wedding, the house was perfect! Pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was with kitchen accessories. It was quiet and easily accessible

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights in late March and we could not have picked a better place to be. The pool area in the backyard was like a little oasis. It is located in a safe neighborhood ,great for walking off the great food that we ate in the local restaurants.(which are only a short drive or beach walk away.) We would definitely stay here again.

This is a true beach house! It is directly on the beach and the kitchen/living area and master bedroom have floor to ceiling views of the ocean. It’s an older home that has been uniquely and tastefully remodeled. The home is very well stocked and communication was the best. We left our coats, like four of them, and a sweater. Heidi was so sweet to pack them up and send to us via UPS. Great people and great home! We had a quiet, peaceful time.

A beautiful house steps away from beach. Enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the beach with the large scenic windows. A great place for a little R&R. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals/lunches which is always a bonus. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Would stay anytime, walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurants. The old charm of the house is off the chain, I loved it!

Great place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom really needs replacing. Master closet was clean but smelled. But in general it was great. We needed to ship several things for our project but had to ship elsewhere b/c no shipping allowed.

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

From arrival to departure we enjoyed the properties amenities. The home was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. The hot tub was our favorite part. We enjoyed the hours spent fishing off the dock. The living area was very nice. Cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the living room watching tv was nice and peaceful. The host was very good at responding to questions and concerns and even checked with us about certain things they were going to do that may collide with our plans on the property. We enjoyed the property so much we had wished we reserved one extra night. Paul was a great host and I highly recommend a stay at his place for new couples and couples that want to rekindle the flame of their relationship.

Steve’s place was perfect! It was our own little piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of town. We especially loved the dock and swing. We highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely look to stay there again if we’re in the area!

This is a great property. Easy instructions to access. Spacious and light. Snacks, drinks, and wine provided. Karen is very friendly and responsive.
