Atlantic Beach beach vacation rentals

We just returned from a very wonderful stay at Alexander’s beach house. The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The common area is in the middle between bedrooms and a bathroom on each side. This layout worked very well allowing for some privacy too. I can’t begin to express our excitement of being directly on the beach and so many shells! My husband and son both caught (and released) fish. All of us found shark’s teeth, too. We’d love to visit this relaxing retreat again. Thank you to our host for being so responsive also. Refrigerated drinks were even in the fridge for us on arrival. 👍🏻

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.

Loved our stay! Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with appliances. Access to the beach was easy and very close. Views of ocean excellent. My family loved it, and we'd love to come back.

Jody’s place is a great place to have a quiet, close to the beach house within a few minutes of driving to Saint Augustine. Lots of great bedroom, space, and lots of room. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Saint Augustine area!

Elizabeth’s home was perfect for our stay. Everything was pristine, clean & organized. Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were very comfortable. We have family in the area & will definitely stay there again!

This was genuinley a wonderful place to stay. I booked it so I could spend quality time with my partner who had never been to the United States, much less Florida. It was right on the beach, and we could witness the sunrise. The balcony did not feel too small. The bathroom was stocked with necessities such as wipes and make up removal. And a huge bonus for us was the smart tv that already had the various streaming apps like Netflix and Fandango at home, so yes we watched the extended editions of Lord of the Rings🙌🏿. The host was also very responsive to our needs and gave suggestions to local restaraunts. I would highly reccommend this location, and I would love to come back.

This house in St. Augustine is absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable, with the beach right in front, allowing you to step out and enjoy the sand and waves anytime. The property itself is stunning, offering breathtaking sunset views that make every evening feel magical. Whether you’re relaxing on the deck or taking a short walk along the shore, this place is a perfect coastal retreat. Highly recommend!

Perfect escape! If you’re looking for charm you won’t be disappointed. The Pink Seahorse has amazing character and quaint decor packed into a delightful A frame structure. It’s not new but that’s what makes it great. The beach and views are spectacular with so many areas from the home to enjoy them from. I actually found it difficult to leave and do other activities because I enjoyed relaxing from one space to the next, taking it all in. I’m almost hesitant to praise it too much for fear of it forever being booked when I need to escape again. Melanie is a wonderful host. She has clear communication and I’m certain had I needed anything, she would have been on top of it! Cherished memories were made and the Pink Seahorse was the space to capture them all. I look forward to returning soon.

This was the perfect place for a girl’s get away. Quiet neighborhood, relaxing back yard and pool for downtime and the house stocked with everything you need. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Quick and affordable Uber ride into historic St Augustine. Dinner at Caps the night before departure was fabulous! Not only great food but the atmosphere was spectacular and it was right down the road! I would highly recommend Denise’s Once Upon A Tide!

It was so perfect! It was chilly that week, but that didn’t matter because you are literally on the beach in this house! The house is clean, we LOVED it and are already talking about staying again next year!!

We loved our stay and hope to come back. This is the ultimate beach house so the main benefit is location. The views and proximity to the ocean can’t be beat. While the house had some wear and tear that I’d expect from a beach house, we were very happy and comfortable. It’s a great value since you can fill it with loved ones and a dog and again, be right on the beach. As other reviews note, there are lots of stairs so keep in mind for babies or anyone with mobility issues. Our kids loved all of the stairs though and said it felt like secret passages between rooms.

We couldn’t have picked a better location & venue for my daughter’s dream beach wedding! Everything was perfect & the pictures came out so gorgeous! PJ did an incredible job with the decorations, coordinating vendors, hosting & communicating with us all along the way. My granddaughter thought PJ my best friend after the wedding :) 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you PJ!

Place was amazing and appreciated how host made sure we were comfortable and didn’t need any extra household items. Definitely recommend and would book again if available.

Everything was as pictured. House was in a nice quiet, clean neighborhood which is always a must for us! Def recommend

Cheryl’s She Shed was perfect! We walked the beach and enjoyed the restaurants that were walking distance on the Omni property. Close to Historic Fernandina Beach. Great area to walk and grab a meal or drink. St, Augustine is about an hour away. It was always good to get back to the condo to relax. Everything we needed was available. Hope to return soon, thank you Cheryl for a much needed getaway.

Julie was an amazing host! Her home, landscaping and property with river views was absolutely gorgeous!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time meeting her and walking the grounds together. Her home was well equipped and extremely clean. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our time and celebration during our visit. We look forward to another stay and visit with Julie!!

Paul and his wife were both very nice and accommodating, I spent some time talking with them and they're very down to earth and chill people with a very relaxed lifestyle. The place is as described, clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious inside the RV. Slept very well while I was there. I'll be sure to think of them again when I plan my trip this time next year!

Exactly as pictured! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the water.
