Vacation rentals with beach access in Atlantic Beach

Susan had a very nice place, and overall we enjoyed our stay. She was great with communicating everything we needed to know about the house and the area.

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

This place was absolutely adorable and so cozy! The host was super responsive and really flexible with our check-in, which was a huge help. I loved the blue and white decor – it was so fresh and clean. The private garden was a perfect spot to relax. Plus, it's an easy walk to the beach and Publix. We'd definitely love to come back!

Overall, had a great stay! A very well located home near the Jacksonville beach, instead of driving me and my partner walked to the beautiful beach. Zac is a great host, apartment came with many amenities, and very well cleaned. I would rate the stay a 10/10 highly recommend and will most likely return back.

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

Karolyn was super accommodating and responsive! The space was clean, in a great location, and had everything you could need for a little beach getaway! Will be visiting again!

We wanted a place near the beach. This place is across the road and about 100 yards away from a public access point, so we were very happy to have such good access. We had a minor glitch in the beginning with a posted house rules that stated no pets, but the host got back to us quickly to tell us that was an old posting and should be ignored. It was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The road is fairly busy at times, particularly in the morning as people are going to work. Traffic is faster than you may anticipate so you need to be aware. That being said there are lots of streets away from the road that were quiet places to walk our dog. It is dark in that area at night and we did have a bit of a problem locating it. Look for the cross street the host will mention and it's right there. Nice place, fabulous location!

Perfect stay! House was very clean. Big fenced yard for the dogs. At the end of the cul de sac. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely home. A freshly modern pad! You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor and amenities. There was plenty of space and it had all the essentials one would need such as pots and pans, soap, shampoo, towels, and even a great game room with a pool table and tiki bar. Overall, such great relaxing beach vibes! 🤙

Our stay at Sea la vie was amazing. The house was even more beautiful in person. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were adequate utensils, cookware, towels, etc. The property was conveniently located just a few houses from the beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach. Marty was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly to any questions that we had. We had no complaints and would definitely stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean. The layout of the house was great for the week our daughter and her family joined us having a separate bedroom downstairs. Our favorite thing about the house was the hot tub, pool and the backyard space. It was always warmer and the fenced in yard kept the wind out on the few days it was windy and colder.

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

The house was absolutely perfect for my fiancée and our two dogs. We had a lot of extra space and could have easily fit 6 people (as listed in the description) very comfortably. The dogs loved the beach. As described, the house is on the beach and you just have to walk over the sand dune to get to the very wide beach with ample space to play with the dogs. Thanks to the cold front, we were able to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard between the sand dune and the beach. Publix was a 2 minute drive down the road for groceries. We will absolutely be planning another stay at Greg’s beautiful beachfront home!!

Michelle was superb in her communication regarding the property and what was included with the condo stay. She also communicated clearly regarding two minor building issues that occurred so we knew exactly what to expect. Comfy bed and blackout curtains. Good location centrally located between Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. Would highly recommend for two people.

Beautiful view. The patio was my favorite place to be. Straight walk to the beach. Very private, updated bathroom I loved. I will definitely come back in the summer.

Our week at Karen’s place was simply amazing. Not only is there so much to enjoy about the island, but her condo was everything we imagined and more. Starting with the beautiful ocean view from the moment we walked through the front door to the cleanliness of the space with all the comforts of home we needed to make our first visit to Amelia Island memorable. Karen was pleasant and easy to communicate with, and her responses were timely and helpful when needed. We took full advantage of our access to walk out the door and onto the beach each day as well as easy drives into the downtown area for delicious meals and local shopping. Her notebook of ideas and suggestions for places to visit included tours, trails, restaurants, shops and more that helped us plan our week-long trip with something wonderful to see and do each day. Without a doubt, we will undoubtedly work with Karen again for another trip here, but next time will hopefully be for a longer visit. Glen&Lynne

We are return customers! We love this home and enjoy the proximity to the beach and local day/night life. We are a family with 3 kiddos and this place is perfect for them - kid friendly and entertaining. Looking forward to our next stay soon.
