Monthly Rentals in Yapton

We had a fabulous few days at Roy’s loft apartment. It’s exactly as described and Roy and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Clear instructions were provided for everything. We especially loved watching the birds in the garden, from the breakfast bar. The location is in a quiet residential area, but perfect for visiting the local and surrounding areas each day. Also lots of walks from the apartment itself. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Roy and Sarah.

Perfect for my weekend stay. The photos showed it was a squeeze at the end of the bed otherwise enough room and nice shower. An investment in better pillows would be an improvement but comfortable enough.

This really felt cozy and like home, also private, Angela was a lovely host.

We’ve had a lovely few weeks at The Piglets. With limited mobility we needed an accessible, comfortable place to stay. Our accomodation - No1 Barn - far exceeded our expectation. Everything we needed had been thought of and was already in the barn. Lovely sunny space with a magnificent dawn chorus - we’ve been lucky. Highly recommended - we certainly hope to be able to go and stay again. Alison is a great host and very pro-active. Top marks Thanks for having us D & L
