We had a really enjoyable weekend,albeit a bit shorter Vanessa’s. . It is in a beautiful setting and a welcoming space. There was lots of room with different areas to be in. We loved the main living room, eating together in the rooming room kitchen and dining area and also the garden and yoga studio. it was also well equipped with crockery and cutlery and so on. We would definitely consider returning.

We have now stayed at The Lodge on a number of occasions- and have loved each time we stay there. Peaceful surroundings, a lovely house with great space for keeping us all entertained, a good pub/restaurant within walking distance and shops/supermarkets all within a short drive. Communication with the hosts is fantastic- responsive and friendly! We are already looking forward to booking and coming back next year!

We had a great weekend stay at John's quirky cottage. The hot tub was brilliant, finishing off in the sauna made getting out in November much nicer. The log burner was amazing too. The beds were lovely and comfortable. Johns communication was great, letting us know of extras that we could book. hopefully we can take advantage of them next time.

We had a lovely stay cottage was clean warm and just what we wanted . Hot tub was a added bonus and even though we stayed in this weekends storm we were still able to use it Thank you for a lovely weekend Will recommend to family and friends x

Garden cottage is easy to find, and absolutely beautiful, situated in a peaceful rural setting. There is plenty of accessible parking & I was greeted by Jill immediately upon arrival. The cottage itself had everything I needed, was super clean & comfy, and I had a lovely few days there. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

We stayed here for a two night break with no husbands or children and the surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing. The house felt very luxurious and Joanna was a brilliant at giving additional information. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay again!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

Kings Beck Barn was beautiful, exactly as described as CLEAN!! Sarah (host) incredibly responsive to messages and was thoroughly helpful during stay. Will be booking for next year shortly!

Brilliant stay for if you want to be close but out the way 👌, Tesco is not far for food and the cottage is very cozy, it brings “The holiday” vibes

This was our second stay at Melissa and Chris's place and again it did not disappoint. The accommodation is spacious and toasty warm. Chris and Melissa were also great hosts.

This was the homeliest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, it was so cosy and has everything you could think of in the kitchen for feeling at home. The wood burner and open fire were a real bonus after a long windy walk on the beach. There is so much to do in the home, board games and jigsaw puzzles as well as tv and radios in multiple rooms. The cottage is in a peaceful lane and Happisburgh is a beautiful coastal village. Well worth visiting and can highly recommend staying here in Albion Cottage. It’s a few mins walk to the local village pub and there’s a fresh fish shop around the corner where you can find Cromer crab and other local seafood. I can recommend the fish and chips in Bacton (free parking along the sea front) and Sea Palling (more choice here particularly for any special dietary requirements such as gluten free). Oh and the sun room is so lovely to sit in on a sunny winter day!

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

We’ve stayed at Sarah’s place several times. It ticks all the boxes for an AirBnB - cosy, comfortable, all the amenities/kit you could need, perfectly clean. It’s a great base for exploring the area. Sarah is a super responsive, thoughtful and kind host. Thank you!

Great value. The cottage is in a super place, well furnished and walkable to trains, steam trains, shops and seafront. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Parking on property a huge bonus

A beautiful quirky cottage to call home for the night whilst we were attending a wedding nearby. Caryn was so helpful and knew we needed a very early check in and went to extra effort to accommodate us. The cottage is beautiful and cosy and very comfortable, with lots of lovely local amenities, a shop and a cafe and a pub all within close walking distance. Free parking outside the house. The house is so individual and inviting, Caryn is very responsive and helpful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back x

We had a really excellent time. The host went the extra mile with all the information provided. The place was spotless and matched the description and the beds were super comfy. it was a great spot for getting to all the places.

We had an amazing time celebrating my mums 60th. It was extra special with all the Christmas decorations. Honestly such a beautiful home and would recommend 100%! The slight criticism is the hot tub could do with an upgrade, as half the jets didn’t work and is a bit run down. But the indoor heated pool certainly made up for it. The place felt like a home from home, we all wanted to move in permanently! We will look to return in the future x

We had a wonderfull stay at East Barn. It's a lovely property, full of character, with beautiful exposed brickwork. We were met with a lovely scent from the mulled wine diffusers and the place was spotlessly clean. Steve's instructions for getting in were easy to follow and the bottle of prosecco on arrival was appreciated! We were also able to get a Sainsbury's delivery to the car park just by the property. All in all a lovely stay and our boys loved the playroom and swimming pool. We wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

Absolutely lovely property and amenities. It was an ideal spot for a family get together and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage had plenty of room for a group of seven and was lovely and clean. The cooking facilities were excellent and it was a very peaceful location. The pool was clean and warm and the games room was great fun. The only tiny issue was that communication via the Airbnb messaging system wasn't great. In the end I had to ring Lynne to get the code for the key lockbox just a few hours before we were due to check-in. I understand that messages to her from the Airbnb system can take a while to get through so worth bearing this in mind when communicating. When I did get through Lynne was very friendly and helpful though!! All in all a wonderful property - highly recommended.

We had a lovely weekend at The Coach House. Really wonderful. It is a perfect quiet rural retreat, with great facilities and a good circular walk. The accommodation was lovely. Cosy, rustic and lots of character but with modern touches. The bedrooms were great, the bath is a lovely addition. Katy was a helpful and responsive host. We were four adults and it was the perfect size for us. We could cook and socialise easily. We used the tennis courts and pool. The pool was excellent. The host showed us how it was all set up and we made good use of the space and the speaker, which is a nice touch. The only thing that would add to the accommodation would be a small kick stall for the kitchen as some of the cupboards are very high, which is hard for someone like me who is only 5ft! We will be looking to rebook for sure.

Great hosting and very accommodating!! We arrived late evening and the heating had been turned on earlier making it all warm and cosy when we arrived. The facilities were more than acceptable. Very cosy. WiFi wasn’t great but we didn’t mind as we didn’t want to be connected anyway. Smart tv available and streaming apps available to log into. Over all would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you.

Nice and clean caravan with probably the best instructions and communication i've ever experienced on airbnb. The caravan itself was nice and the addition of heaters in all room ensured it was not too cold.
