Monthly Rentals in Wiyung

A nice place. Good decor, nice view. A bit small for a couple like us, would be better if i was staying alone. The room is nice and clean, there is a few kitchen supplies. Air condition works, bed is comforable. Location is great, and living in pakuwon mall is a nice lifestyle, but nothing is open before 10am so not for morning people. Nothing outside the mall is walkable so if you're intending to see more of Surabaya get a bike or grab, but the mall is massive. Getting things delivered is also easy. I never met the host personally but they always communicated quickly and they would leave things in parcels with the staff downstairs. Biggest positive: living in pakuwon mall is incredibly convenient and there are so many food options just downstairs. Biggest negative: the water heater is incredibly small and only lasts a few minutes.

Room is clean, great location and impressed with the room setup like hotel. Will consider for next stay
