I had such a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly spacious, especially compared to other places I’ve stayed in Surabaya, and it made my stay very comfortable. The host was so polite and friendly, making me feel right at home. I also loved that the apartment is located above one of the biggest malls in the city, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much to the host for such a great experience! 🤩👍🙏

Great to stay here. Responsive and friendly owner. Clean, look exactly like the photo. They provide Netflix, prime and disney+ without login with our account! Worth the price! Definitely comeback.

a clean and spacious place according to the picture. the unit looks new , comfortable and quiet to rest. the drawback is that there is no wifi and free parking for those of us who bring vehicles.

It's in west Surabaya. Just walk to Pakuwon Mall/Pakuwon trade center. Quite private because the apartment can only be entered with an access card. All rooms in the apartment unit are air conditioned and the air conditioning is cold. Alhamdulillah...comfortable. Suggestion: drinking water in the gallon(dispenser) is provided and prepared before guests enter. Dish soap is also provided before guests check in. Because I have to spend 40,000 to buy these things above. Where the money is given to the guardian of the unit to buy it. Access a card for parking that matches the license plate number of the guest's vehicle, it would be nice if it can be provided that day too, it's the hour after guests check in. Not waiting for the next day. So that guests don't get a parking fee burden for one night Apart from the suggestions above, so far everything is in accordance with the description.

What we liked the most is the warm and fast response everytime we need assistance before and during my trip, they even helped us to find the house location when we checked in at 12PM. The house itself is clean and located in the heart of the city. Thank you for accomodating us!

The unit is okay , new , the pool and playground club house are good, there is a gym too. Suitable for large families. The location is close to food junction pakuwon.
