Ary’s place is beautiful. It is fairly down a dirt road but it’s no problem with a scooter. About a 10 minute walk to the main road and a 3 min drive to the main area of Kuta. It was nice to be away from the bustle at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location – peaceful, private, and walkable We loved the location in the middle of the island—quiet and private, yet very walkable. We didn’t need to take horses to reach the house; the roads were in good condition, and it was just a 12-minute walk. The place itself is huge and clean, with a beautiful pool and garden. There was always someone around from morning until about 3 PM, which made us feel safe without ever feeling watched. The staff struck a perfect balance between being helpful and giving us our space. The surroundings are walkable, with great restaurants, marts, and markets all within 10 minutes. We were very happy and would definitely come here again!

The place is absolutely beautiful. The house is warm and cozy and feels like home. Soft lightning, warm decor, all the amenities that you could possibly need (and more), and about 02 dozen fishes to keep you company.. The outdoor garden area is perfect - lush green and a perfect reading / evening tea spot. Mark is very responsive and is available for any queries. If you are planning on a long stay, don't think much, go for it. It's a perfect nook.

The house is a bit out of the main center but we loved it as it was quiet and we could easily go the center by scooter in a couple of minutes. The bathroom was so nice and we could eat a mango from the neighbors garden. Can definitely recommend staying there!

The tree house was a fun structure to live in. I liked how there were two floors and the loved the sitting space on top with a view. I got to chat with Peter over breakfast, which was nice:). The neighborhood walking to the main road is rural and lovely, and the beach is close by. I was only there for two nights, but it was a great stop on my journey.

Sola’s place is a great airy accommodation to be in, highly recommend. Sola was great at organising transport, Laundry, recommendations and anything we needed - even brought us some sugar! The beds were extremely comfortable with soft sheets and covers. Thanks Sola!

Amazing villa! Around 15 minutes from Kuta. BBQ zone, huge garden, fast internet, full furnished kitchen. The only bad thing that there one bathroom in 3BD villa. Would love to stay there for a long time in the next trip.

We are a family of 5 and this place was the perfect size. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The kids loved the pool. The accommodation was very central which gave easy access to each part of the island. There was a mini mart 2 doors down. We really loved that there was a chilled water cooler in the kitchen to refill our water bottles each day to cut down on waste. We also organised some tours with the host which were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views and a lovely breakfast every morning, a nice pool and super friendly staff! It was difficult for us to find the place, because the road isn’t on google maps unfortunately, but the host helped us quickly by picking us up. Scooters can also be rented from their place. Surroundings are beautiful, lots of beaches to discover, and Kuta is 10-15 min by scooter. The place is quiet and peaceful, away from the busy town of Kuta. We were very happy!

We had an amazing time in Villa Avalon thanks to Endang and the whole team. The Villa features everything you need for having a good time. The beds are so comfy and outdoor bathrooms are spacious. The main road in Kuta Lombok with all the nice restaurants and shops is in walking distance. We also opted for a scooter to explore Lombok ourselves and got support from Endang and team in every matter. Would definitely recommend Villa Avalon to everyone!

❤️ Highly recommended ❤️ Those who get the opportunity to stay at this beautiful villa should definitely take advantage of it. A very stylish place that is well maintained. The Pachamama Café is right next door, yet you don't hear from the cafe operation - it is absolutely quiet. On the other hand, there is an opportunity to order all the delicacies of the menu directly into the villa. Great service! What else? There is a free drinking water dispenser with chilled, uncooled & also hot water. The kitchen is equipped with coffee & tea. Smelling soap & hair care products are in the bathroom. Mosquito spray & plugs are also provided... Pachamama Villa is a boho oasis near the beach that made us laugh with joy. We say THANK YOU for the fantastic time

I would recommend Utara to everyone!! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The villa was BEAUTIFUL! So clean, so spacious, SO WORTH IT! We stayed for our friends birthday, and the staff were amazing and helped us arrange such a special day for her! Included a flower arrangement on the bed, spelling “Happy Birthday” and a cake made from towels! As well as helping to arrange external services with a real birthday cake, silver making and a massage service! It was an unforgettable time! I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help to make it so special!

We stayed for 11 days and absolutely loved the villa, the staff, the area! The view of the sea and garden is amazing and the snorkelling directly in front of the villa was a huge plus for both us and our kids (aged 0, 3, 5). The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed really good on-site massages. There’s a wonderful little local restaurant right next door (Ibis sea view) and enough eating options nearby, all very good. 5 big stars from us! Would come back anytime.

Daily proactive inquiries from the accommodation as to whether we can be helped. The round-trip transport was easily and quickly organized by the accommodation. Only the towels were not changed once on request.

Had a great time here with delicious breakfast, fantastic accommodation, welcoming staff, serene and secluded, highly attentive service, and a stunning villa with a lovely swimming pool.

It's a very nice place to stay. We were together with our son of 2 and this villa is super suitable for that. Joe was incredibly helpful with everything, but also gave us plenty of privacy. Bikes are available to explore the neighborhood and the beach is 5 min away. Also, our cottage was cleaned every day. I definitely recommend this place!

If you're looking for a little piece of heaven, you've found the right place! ✨ We rented the villa for 4 nights and it was simply magical. The villa is carefully decorated, and extremely clean. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable. The hosts are very nice, responsive.

In one word terrific so beautiful and what a view! Enjoyed the fishermen boats that came back en masse from early morning fishing, sunrise and even more! Made what a great host, is always there for you, good communication and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!! 10+++

Awesome place, right on the beach and exactly what was needed for 3 days. Nice a quiet location. Would love to go back one day. If super cute beach vibes is what you are looking for then this is your place!
