Monthly Rentals in Winchelsea Beach

Lovely place to stay for our 4 night break with our 2 dogs. Amazing location so close to the beach and sea wall walk. We were lucky to have great weather so could do loads of walks eg Rye Harbour, Camber Sands, Hastings Country Park , Winchelsea. Well fitted home. Nice to have welcome goodies. Lovely responsive host and family. Small loss of privacy from adjacent properties which was not a significant issue. Bright property even if blinds are closed. Would stay again.

It is a beautiful modern house directly overlooking the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable; the perfect spot to observe the waves on a stormy day from. Georgina was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed it. Would definitely go back and recommend it to others Thank you

Exactly as described; basic but great value for money. Ideal for a walking holiday, and well served by public transport. Very close to a Coop, and the beach a stone’s throw away. The place was spotless, and Hellen was very helpful and welcoming. The only two ‘luxuries’ I’d have been glad of were a lamp and a hot water bottle 😁

Had an amazing stay at High Knap for the last few days. The place was really comfortable, practical and thoughtfully designed with tasteful decor and all the amenities we needed for us and our 3 year old boy. Not to mention the location was perfect, pretty much right on the beach in a quaint and charming area with lovely views on both sides and plenty of attractions in the local area and further afield. Will was a great host as well, always on hand to answer questions and give tips to make our stay so enjoyable. All in all a perfect long weekend. We hope to return one day! Thanks again Will.
