Suann's place is the perfect spot for a long term or short term getaway. The location is amazing, close to a wide variety of attractions, sights and activities. Suann was very helpful and prompt with information and guidelines. Her place is well organized, in great taste, extremely cozy, and it has pretty much everything one needs. Besides, it is really scenic with the river flowing along so close to the porch. Finding this gem was a real blessing.

This stay was unforgettable. We came as a family with 6 kids total and felt right at home. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, the family loved that we could kayak and innertube on the river safely with Becky's instructions and recommendations, and overall we had a lovely time and made great memories. The home is private, felt safe, and had so many things within to keep a family entertained! It shows that this host cares to provide a memorable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and well equipped. Friendly neighborhood and easy access to Harper’s Ferry, hiking and river sports.

Excellent accommodations. We were 5 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the spacious first floor for their magna-tile and lego projects and the adults were happy at the large dining table. The outdoors were quiet, spacious and plenty of opportunities for the kids to run around. We used this location as a central point for the high peaks hike in MD and WV, an excellent location. Also visited Blackwater Falls and Seneca Rocks - amazing natural wonders. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

This place was phenomenal!! Went with a group of friends and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be booking again! Brian is an amazing host!

Great space, and very neatly presented towels, and blankets. Appreciative for the myriad of electric heaters to keep the place toasty. Appreciative to have been given logs for indoor fireplace and to have a heap of logs to keep the experience going. Happy to have a grill with gas to use! Great lakeside seats!

Place is in a beautiful location. Host was helpful when needed. House is very cute and mostly clean with exceptions to dust and under furniture build up. Kitchen had all amenities listed. Parking was at first confusing based on needing to turn before the house to drive down hill to park behind but figured it out. Updates were nice to the home. My only too “complaints” were the lack of air flow in bedrooms and the outdated shower. Water pressure- amazing! Old shower not super practical. Overall good place though for sure! :)

Awesome stay, great views

My weekend stay at the lake side house was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake access with a dock. We spent our days fishing and managed to catch over 20 fish - it was such a fun and relaxing experience. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again sometime in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

If you are looking for a nice get away this is where you should stay. Everything was clean, it was very peaceful with beautiful scenery. The beds were so comfortable felt like I was sleeping at home. The kitchen was packed with every utensil that you need for cooking. Me and my girl friend loved our weekend at their place. Definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Alison's place. Lovely location and great spot! Alison was super responsive and quick to answer questions even around the holidays. We would definitely stay again!

Shayla went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful.!The home was exactly as listed, it was super clean and all the linens were clean and smelled good. She was super helpful with all directions and even had made the most fantastic cookies as a welcome gift... I absolutely recommend stauing there and plan to again with my family!

Our stay was amazing waking up and drinking a cup of coffee looking at the lake was my favorite.

Could use handicap accessible where we was but we will be coming back soon it was nice

I had an amazing experience staying at this house. The property was exactly as described it was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic because I was looking for a place to unwind. They were incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great tips for local restaurants and activities. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. I especially loved the firepit outside. Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bryan’s place is unique with windows spanning almost the full perimeter of the home which offered beautiful views of cheat lake from both bedrooms. Really wish the weather had been more optimal as to enjoy the outside amenities such as the fire pit and deck. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area; the peaceful views alone are worth it!

We needed a comfortable spot to relax after MX racing, and this house was PERFECT. The privacy and driveway space made it easy for us to feel secure with our gear. The house was cozy, beds comfortable and bedding was also great! We will absolutely use again next time we are in town!

Absolutely fantastic cabin to stay at! Host was very friendly and communicated directions very well. The cabin was extremely cute and very well maintained. Nestled in a little hollow it was perfect for a fall weekend getaway! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will for sure be returning in the future!
