Chalet vacation rentals in West Virginia

What a gem of a place! My young girls enjoyed exploring the yard and going on walks, taking in the gorgeous views. The home is beautiful. We went to Orr’s Farmers Market and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make dinner with what we purchased there. The host provided all the necessary details and getting in and out was smooth.

We stayed at David's wonderful home for a few days around the New Year's. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds comfortable and the gas fireplace was really comforting when it was cold and stormy outside. wonderful location close to the national wildlife refuge, State Parks and the great little towns of Davis and Thomas West Virginia. highly recommended!

This cabin is lovely. It is in a neighborhood, but it feels so private with beautiful views all around. There was plenty of space for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace, and playing games in the basement. It was a quick drive into Berkeley Springs where there are plenty of restaurants and cute shops to wander around in. Sarah was a delightful host that kept in touch with us throughout our visit if we needed anything. I highly recommend a visit!

Almost Heaven! Perfect home, perfect location for a family get-together. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and all needs will be met. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Just bring food! The lake is crystal clear and beautiful, and tall trees cover the landscape. The deer, chipmunks, squirrels and birds are right outside the door. The firepit was our evening spot to gather and chat. And toast marshmallows. And even though the kids are in their 40's, they made s'mores! This is a place to revive your soul. I could stay here forever.

We arrived a bit early, expecting to have to wait to get in. We met Phil who is very helpful and accommodating. The new washer and dryer are high level machines. The rooms, location and view could not be better. This worked very well for a couple and 3 other adults. Highly recommended.

We all had an amazing time, perfect location for beginner and intermediate skiers. I would definitely repeat and recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin as the scenery was beautiful, the cabin was cozy and well suited for the number of guests we had, and overall it was a great experience! If you're planning to stay at Snowshoe, this is the house to be at! The heating throughout the house was uneven but it wasn't a huge issue. The shuttle system was great and was easy to use from the cabin and the wifi system had no issues. The common space was a great area for people to gather for fellowship!

The place is much more spacious than I expected! Perfect for a large group. Amazing views of the mountains and only a 5 minute walk to the mountain shuttle. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Kristen was an incredible host. She was very responsive and helped us throughout the weekend. There were a few cleanliness issues we encountered, but Kristen was extremely apologetic, informed us they had just switched cleaning companies, and refunded us our cleaning fee. The chalet is gorgeous, with a huge kitchen that's great for cooking big meals and hosting a lot of people. The hot tub was ready when we checked in and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. I loved that there were two living room spaces and two large decks to enjoy the breathtaking views. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 6 (two kids, 4 adults) enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful and serene mountain getaway. The house is well appointed, kitchen and showers super well stocked, and the beds were all soooo comfortable! Our kids liked that the beds were also adjustable for reading (the back/head rest can be moved up and down). Gorgeous mountain views from the porch - I loved sipping my coffee sitting on the rocking chairs enjoying the peaceful surroundings! We enjoyed lots of family time out back roasting smores on the outdoor fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. Lewisburg and White Sulphur Springs just around the corner, all convenient to get to.

This house was perfect for our group that was in the area for an intimate wedding at Dolly Sods. Everyone was able to get comfy in the sunken living room and the views of the mountains are beautiful. Not just a place to visit during the snowy season! GPS takes you a little past the property, but we checked the map we were provided at check-in and got right there.
