It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. My sister just lives around the corner so I knew the area well, enough room for myself and my dog. Hope to rebook again very soon :) thank you for a great stay.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Thank you :-)

Our fourth time staying here, it’s great staying here and it’s always being upgraded with new furniture and items.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend in Brighton and needed a place to stay fairly central. Jane's apartment was perfect, in a great location, lovely and homely, clean and had everything we needed. Jane and her team were also very quick at responding and proactive with plenty of instructions, plus local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Marvellous flat right on the sea front. The view from the main room's bay window was wonderful. We could watch the tide go in and out and had a view of the pier. The flat's main room was large and the bedroom's comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Rachel had sorted a parking permit for us before we arrived and we easily found a place right outside the property. We didn't find the stairs a problem and being 2 floors up gave the lovely view of the beach! The property was within easy walk of the pier and the rest of Worthing. There were some nice cafes and restaurants on the street parallel. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Worthing.

This is an amazing place to relax and enjoy Hove. My husband and I went there for the weekend and the place has everything you need. On one side you have the side, and on the other side you find all the fun of Hove, such as local cafes, restaurants and pubs. Would definetely go back.

Mark was a first class host, friendly, approachable and very quick to respond. We stayed here for 3 months as our own house was being refurbished. It was a fantastic experience. The flat was a real home from home, a good sized and well equipped kitchen, amazing large lounge and massive master bedroom. I used the second bedroom as an office, which has a good size desk and great views over leafy gardens. The flat was very quiet and we’d recommend it to anyone. It’s in a great location, walk out the front door, look to your right and you can see the sea. Church Road is only a few minutes walk and it has an amazing range of bars and restaurants. Hove station is also nearby. We could not have wished for a better experience in Hove. Well done Mark !

Lovely apartment, super comfortable beds, great location. Perfect for our family a great to have a bath and separate shower. Location was perfect. Chloe was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend for a family and the flat would be fine for 2 couples too. One of the best Airbnbs we have had to suit our needs

We stayed at Stephanie’s place between Christmas and new year. Great location for exploring the Laines and the city centre. Hosts were very responsive and very helpful when we locked ourselves out!! We’re a family of 6 and found the place to be well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend staying here and would definitely look to stay here again

One of the best places to stay! Felt so at home ! Relaxed and comfortable! Close enough to walk to everything but out the way enough to still be extremely peaceful! Would highly recommend!

Great space. We had a lovely time at Wayne's place. It was clean, private and made us feel right at home. Was a bit further to Brighton town centre than we expected but surroundings were still excellent, with the beach just across the road. Would definitely recommend again. Thank you

Immaculate accommodation, everything you need . Very central so easy to get into Brighton or Hove. This is one of the best air bnb’s we have stayed in. Anne & Gary went above and beyond to help us with a flat battery on our car the morning we left. We can’t praise them enough. Thank you . We will be returning !

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s apartment. Claire was very accommodating and kindly set up the rooms based on our requirements for our 2 children. She was very communicative and our check in was seamless. The parking space was a handy bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Me and my friend stayed at Owen's and Priscilla for a month. They gave as accommodation for a long course we to do. They are two amazing people, very young smart and pleasant. We have enjoyed to know each other and to chat with them. Overall the experience was great. The house is in a really nice residential area close to Gatwick airport and well connected with the London area. If we come back as I am sure we will we will definitely repeat the experience.

Had a really great stay at Pete’s place. The hot tub and sauna were brilliant, and the apartment had everything we needed. Pete was great with communication and provided really clear instructions, would definitely recommend staying here, and would come back again for sure!

We stayed the night for a birthday celebration, this was a beautiful property located on the top floor of a hotel so we felt really safe. The location couldn’t have been more perfect literally right next to the beach and all bars/clubs/ restaurants were in walking distance. Our host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early to fit around our schedule. We were even welcomed with a couple of bottles of bubbly to get out celebrations started which we thought was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay here again!

This was me and my boyfriend’s first time going to Brighton and it didn’t disappoint. We had this as our home for the week. It was beautiful, all the little thought out extras you may have forgotten to bring and some basics in the cupboards for tea and coffees. The decor and lighting in the home is lovely. The bath and log burner was lush. We will definitely be back.
