Stayed here for new years and we loved it! The place is squeaky clean and super comfortable. As someone who prefers to cook in i absolutely loved the kitchen; it’s well equipped and the gorgeous big Island feels as though you have plenty of space! The bathroom was another bonus, very modern with a great size bath and luxurious walk in shower. We loved all the windows and doors and you feel very private despite the house being next door. Inside felt really spacious and uncluttered with a really comfortable sofa and blankets - the tv even had Netflix set up! Would definitely recommend and stay again thank you Avril and Paul

Peter's shepherd's hut is an ideal place to slow down in a peaceful countryside village. Peter and the neighbouring farmers are very friendly. Waking up in the morning to the sun melting the frost on the fields was quite special. Accessible to the South Downs Way where you can see expansive views of the fields and even a slice of the sea at Seahaven if you walk west. Felt a lot of gratitude to be there. Thank you Peter!

A lovely little treasure of a place in beautiful surroundings - if you like the country air, walking, and a great local community style boozer - which we did and do. Would recommend a stay - bring your wellies if staying in winter.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Peaklets Shepherds Hut. The hut has lovely views of the surrounding areas and is well located far trips out into the surrounding South Downs and coastal areas. The hut itself was clean and tidy, with a heater and log burner to keep the hut at a toasty temperature even during a chilly February night. Emily was incredibly helpful before and during our stay making our time here so much better. Emily’s recommendation of the Ram Inn was brilliant. Great for small dogs! Thanks so much for a great stay!
