Really enjoyed our time here. The space felt larger than it had looked from the photos and the garden aspect and birdsong exceeded my expectations. Very clean, quiet and comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. A fantastic location to get away from it all and a great base to explore the local area - Seven Sisters cliff walk, the South Downs, the delightful village of Alfriston and Lewes.

Penny was a helpful and responsive host. The accommodation was exactly as described and access was easy. Firle is a beautiful and peaceful village with easy access to the Firle estate and the South Downs Way, making it perfect for walking. The Cabin was warm and cosy, with everything required for an enjoyable stay. The surroundings were beautiful and the price was excellent, giving really great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, Penny.

We had an amazing stay at the hut. It was a beautiful setting, immaculately clean, peaceful and safe for our little sausage dog. Emily and her family were so friendly and kind and Moose and Dave the dogs were gorgeous. The hut had everything we needed for a perfect weekend and Emily gave lots of helpful recommendations for local amenities. We would definitely return and highly recommend a stay here. We arrived late but it was an easy check in, with clear instructions by Lorraine. The room is very cozy , with microwave oven, coffee machine, small fridge , TV and all as listed ! Lorraine even prepared some shortbread for us, with fresh milk , orange juice in the fridge, and cereals , biscuits, chips, fruits 😋 very thoughtful host ! There's a garden outside the room where you can sit and enjoy ! Great parking spot on the drive and everything feels like home ! Highly recommended ! plus point : 10 mins drive to the Coastguard Cottage for sunrise and 15 to 20 mins drive to Seven Sisters Cliff . Great sunrise and sunset spot ! quiet and lovely town ! Nearby Tesco Express closed at 11pm and 2 petrol station nearby ( Morrison and Texaco )
