Vacation rentals with beach access in West Devon District

We would happily stay here again. Was a peaceful and comfortable stay. Lovely to have a cuppa or a glass of wine whilst watching the waves. Great location, good walks, restaurants and shops just around the corner and managed to get parking each day. Very comfortable bed and nice and cosy.

A fantastic apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and village amenities. We’ll certainly look to stay here again when we are visiting Woolacombe.

My son & I had a lovely two night stay in Carolyn’s apartment. We received a warm welcome from Carolyn herself who talked us through all the important things we needed to know. It was beautifully appointed, warm & very comfortable & had great sea views. I based my choice on previous reviews & we certainly weren’t disappointed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carolyn’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful & convenient location. The only drawback was the stairs for anyone who might not be fully active or mobile. In my opinion it was fairly priced & I would certainly revisit in the future if the occasion arises.

Lovely view from living room across the sea. Excellent place for a stop on a coastal walk. Graham was really accommodating and flexible with check in to allow for our walk.

The accommodation was ideal for us and the location was great, you even get a view of the sea. We'd happily book again!

Very beautiful views, the accommodation was very clean, stylish and private. The added hot tub was a lovely addition. Alongside the lovely gifts left by Lisa. Would 100% recommend and already looking to book again in 2025.

Fabulous position. Great little flat. Tremendous views and everything within easy walking distance. Perfect for our three night getaway. Cannot fault the owners instructions, communication and general cleanliness of the flat.

Second time staying at Emily’s lovely apartment. Superbly located, see views and really quiet. Great to be able to walk to the seafront in minutes. We will be back next year!

Just come back from 2 days away at Waves . It was lovely. Much bigger than the photos make it look . Immaculate in every way. Very clean and well presented. Loved the mince pies, cream and milk . Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Great location for the beach , town and train station. Would love to return in the summer.

My partner and I spent 4 nights at Shirley’s apartment over New Year. We had a fantastic time: the apartment was really warm, cosy and well-equipped and Shirley was very helpful, giving us clear instructions and leaving lovely touches like biscuits and wine. We really enjoyed exploring the local area, walking to Woolacombe from the flat and to Combe Martin along the South West Coastal Path and getting buses back (we left the car at home and managed to get to the flat and around the local area easily using public transport). We also loved the fireworks by the theatre on New Year’s Eve and stumbled across a brilliant open mic night at a local cafe. Would really recommend this place!

Becky was a great and responsive host. The property was fantastic and location was brilliant.
