Monthly Rentals in Welaka

Natascha and Dave were extremely helpful describing the wonderful places along the Saint Johns River. The accommodations were one of the best we have experienced. Also, very helpful with providing information on boating and fishing and the best scenery in the area.

Great place for my family and I to stay while we were in Waleka for a wedding. The house was a little hard to find at first because Apple Maps thinks it's about a block away from where it actually is, but it wasn't too hard to figure out. The house is in a new neighborhood so I'm sure that will improve over time.

We had a very good time at Lynn’s place! We went for my fiancés birthday, and enjoyed some state parks and a couple springs. Lynn and her husband were very welcoming. They even had a nice card and a bottle of wine in the counter when we got there for her birthday which we thought was very nice! We accidentally locked the keys in the house , and they came over right away to help us! They even gave us a few fresh oysters which were amazing! They gave us a good recommendation on a dinner place for the night which was fantastic. The price point for the place was great, and the golf cart that came with the rental was fun to drive around! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I took our 14 year old grandson on a mini vacation to fish. We were accompanied with my elderly parents. This place is absolutely wonderful. We spend so much time outside on the covered dock. Even in the evenings, my husband and grandson would fish until after 11:00 PM as there are lights on the dock. We caught some really big fish too. The house was also very comfortable with everything you need included in the kitchen. We brought food with us with the intentions of eating dinner out each evening. We were having so much fun that we decided to stay in (and not dine out with the exception of one evening.) This place is good for ALL ages. Thank you Dori and John for your rapid response anytime we had questions (before and after we checked in!!) We highly recommend this place.
