Monthly Rentals in Waikoloa Beach

Fantastic place to stay in Maui! This was our second time in Maui and we can honestly say this was a GREAT accommodation and excellent value! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, it’s extremely private and quiet, the abundance of towels, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, miscellaneous household things, and even thoughtfulness of leaving plenty of laundry detergent pods made this a wonderful condo experience. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful for breakfast each morning. The hosts did a GREAT job with proactive communication and instructions. We HIGHLY recommend this place for a wonderful stay on Maui. We will be back! Mahalo Cornelia and Chris!

Beautiful, quiet area off the road, small apartment with no cooking amenities but if that is what you're looking for this place is great. There are other airbnbs in the building, but they were mostly very quiet.

Niketa was the perfect host, she was so kind to us and left us fresh tropical fruit and made us feel welcome! Niketa’s home is amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful home nestled beside a stream and tropical jungle with all the sounds and sights of East Maui, you found it. A perfect spot to explore all of Hāna and Kīpahulu from. We listened to the sounds of spotted doves and mo’o and tropical rains in the evening and night, and nothing else! It was that quiet. It’s an easy drive up the road to the black sand beaches of Wai’ānapanana State Park or to Haleakalā National Park. We loved staying here so much.

This place was magical, comfortable, everything you could want and need. Kids loved playing on the grass, fresh fruit to pick, great and practical interior, just down the road to the state park, quick 5 min drive to Hana town. So good!! We hope to be back next time we visit our friend who lives in Hana!!! ❤️❤️
