Very beautiful apartment and with an amazing ocean view. The infinity pool on the roof with the view is cherry on the cake! Also Mrs. Chandi was always available to hive tips, recommendations and answer the queries. She also arranged for airport pickup which made our lives some much easier. Overall, a great place to stay with awesome views and nice host.

Mr Jayantha was very accommodating. He made sure everything was working and right at home. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay and even topped up the internet for the kids. He was able to meet us at 5am. for check-in and midnight for checkout. Thank you again for the hospitality.

We had an excellent time here, Sudath was a wonderful host and the place is located in a very accessible and upscale part of the city with nearby lakes, parks and plenty of places to eat out. The property we stayed in was very clean, spacious and fitted with every convenience, with original paintings adorning the walls. It was a privilege and a pleasure to visit the Artway Gallery and enjoy Sudath and Achala's work, very senior and renowned artists. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable, peaceful stay at Preethika’s new apartment. The location is very quiet and worked out great for our family of 5. The place is brand new, and her family are super nice, helpful and hospitable. If you need a quiet place around Mount Lavinia, I highly recommend 👍

Kenodh’s apartment at Petersen Tower, Havelock City was excellent accommodation for our 2 night stay in Colombo 7-9 January 2025. The apartment was clean and tidy with generous sized rooms. Pool & gym on site. Apartment has lots of space for families of 4 or more. We were family of 3 adults. Location was perfect as we were travelling with friends who were staying with family in a nearby tower in the Havelock complex. Havelock Mall was walking distance from Petersen Tower where we had access to restaurants, supermarket and retail shopping. Kenodh was a very good host with prompt and responsive communication at all stages pre, during and post stay. The check in instructions were straightforward & clear. We contacted Kenodh’s local agent Thusitha for key handover. Thusitha was easy to deal with & flexible with handover time. He gave us a tour of the apartment so we knew how everything operated. We highly recommend this property, host & agent & would happily stay here again when in Colombo

My recent stay was an absolute delight. The place was immaculately clean, which made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment I arrived. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay. We stayed at this place for over two weeks. Host Sudaththa and the manager Lakshanee were responsive and ready to help. Our flight arrived after midnight and the drive from airport was slow due to heavy rain. Lakshanee waited for us to let us in and introduce the facilities. They were also happy to accommodate our request to get some groceries for our immediate needs. The pool on the roof is small but very clean and is set in nice surroundings (can see the ocean from the rooftop). A/c units and fans kept us cool and the generator on standby meant there was no power interruption for more than a few seconds. The security guards were alert even after 19 pm and opened the gate for us when we were a little late to get back. Overall the experience was better than anticipated. The kitchen utensil range is limited but if we had asked I believe what we needed would have been provided. We did not because we only needed to make breakfast and tea there.

We friends had booked stay at jay''s place and it was worth for the pay in all aspects right from easy checkin , very spacious and clean house with beautiful garden and peaceful Nebhiourwood .

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

Lahiru's place is in excellent condition. I love the way Lahiru and Dilini communicated with me. They were very responsive and helpful in every way they could. The house is also well-maintained. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

My elderly mother, a relative and myself stayed at Prasanna’s place. Prasanna was a friendly host and facilitated especially the needs of my mother. The house was a silent peaceful place. I managed to read a lot in my stay and participated online conference from there. We had good overnight sleep in those great air conditioned rooms. The garden was spacious with lots of trees . Many of them had local fruit which we enjoyed with permission from Prasanna. Local areas were still villages and good to experience the feel of Sri Lankan villages

Buddhika and family were amazing hosts! They provided the most wonderful home for our family but the support with vehicles, bookings travel etc was fantastic. Our family of 5 adults all had plenty of space on the immaculate home, we swam and enjoyed the jacuzzi- we cooked in the well equipped kitchen and just generally had the most extraordinary experience!! Cannot recommend this Airbnb and hosts more highly!! Thank you Buddhika for making our arrival in Sri Lanka extraordinary xx we will return!!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

We really enjoyed staying at Dhamith's place in SL. Caretaker Jayantha was superb and helped us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable. Place is very conveniently located providing access to groceries and shopping as well. There was a minor issue. They resolved it very quickly in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place. This will be one of my go to places, when I return to Sri Lanka again.

Great apartment! Fully corresponds to the description and photos, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room-kitchen. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows in bedrooms. 5 minutes from the apartment there is a beach (if you want to relax on the sunbeds and under umbrellas, I recommend the place of Mrs.Muriel Fernando near the Sugar beach cafe. A very friendly host organizes everything you need for a comfortable stay on the beach). 7 minutes from the apartment in the other direction is the main street, which has plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. The stay in this apartment was wonderful! For any questions related to the apartment, Raja helped us, he also helped to organize the tour

The hosts were exceptionally gracious and accommodating, offering a welcoming and unrestricted environment. I highly recommend this property for private getaways with friends or family.

Amazing communication from the host who messaged me from before check in, throughout, and even after, I was offered a welcome drink and advice throughout. The room is also not even 60 seconds from a beautiful beach where food, drinks, and an amazing sunset are available to watch. In summary, I will be using this bnb more and can not fault it !! Diyal's apartment was located centrally in western province in Colombo district with a short commute to the CBD and outer suburbs. It contained all the facilities such as laundry, A/C, wifi, hot water etc. required for my young family. Instructions shared with us were very clear. Security officers at the apartment were also very helpful going above and beyond to make it a comfortable and hassle free stay for us. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Very nice and clean apartment at a very convenient location. Just about 100 metres walk to the Mount beach, many restaurants close by and easy commute to Colombo. Unlike many other apartments in Colombo, this is located in a very quiet street. The hosts, Amali and Roshan were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and the stay. We loved the place. Kids enjoyed the stay as well. We are looking forward to book again for our next visit.

Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.
