Ashley was an amazing host, any questions or issues that we had she was able to respond super fast and take care of it. We loved that the place is super close to lions park so we got to play pickleball almost everyday. Would 100% say here again

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

This is truly a luxury accommodation. I’ve stayed at dozens of AirBnBs across the country and Nick and Jessica’s apartment is among the best I’ve experienced. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has every amenity. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and clean. And on top of all else, Nick and Jessica are lovely hosts. I could not have felt more welcome. 5 stars are not enough!!

The location next to IMG was perfect and Michael was a very proactive and responsive host. The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

The house was just as described in the pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. The parking was right out front but was back to back with the other car staying with you. We had pretty large vehicles so it was tight parking but we made it work.

House was spacious and worked well for our large family. House was neat and tidy. Was able to book last minute.

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

The property was clean and clutter free. Perfect for our kid to be able to play and explore. Nice big pool and the communication throughout our stay from the host was great.

We had a great time in your place, everything was very clean, private and the backyard was a great place for us to relax after a hard day of work. We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

Place is very beautiful and welcoming. Jessica were able to accommodate for our stay. I would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a nice and stunning space to stay in Cape Coral

House was just as described, extremely clean, very bright and inviting. Maria was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Loved everything about her place. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was nice for a central location. We went to downtown Bradenton to the Bishop Museum, to Anna Maria Island and to Palmetto. The kitchen had all the basics and the freezer has an ice machine which was nice. We utilized the beach towels only but they also provide beach chairs and some pool noodles. There was some siren noise from the main streets near by, but nothing awful. Lots of closet space, great to have a washer and dryer and the guest bath has been nicely redone. We would stay here again.

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

What a wonderful experience we had, the house was clean, had all we needed and it was close to everything, restaurants, pharmacy, gift shop, supermarket and much more. The view takes your breath away, we could recharge and enjoy this beautiful gem, it was sad to leave 😥. Can't wait to be back 😍

Enjoyed our stay at Yvette's. Location was perfect for us - not only close to beach but to family and friends we were visiting. Easy access to good restaurants, grocery stores and movie theater. Unit was clean and had all necessary amenities. Yvette is a very responsive host and gave clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again. We were very pleased.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. 30 seconds to a wonderful beach and an (almost always) empty pool. The condo was quite clean and had great furnishings and was well stocked. The beach equipment was a life saver, our girls loved searching for shells. The only problem was that the upstairs neighbours were so loud, especially late at night. but perhaps we just got unlucky. Communication with Michele and Beck was wonderful and they even managed to find a pack and play at short notice for our youngest daughter. Don’t hesitate, just book!
